Am actually from San Juan, been to beaches in Laiya but first time in Hugom. I was excited to bring my family (15 of us) in Palm Beach after reading a lot of review, good reviews because I haven't really find bad ones. Almost all have good things to say, and they were RIGHT, except for one....FOOD. I just found... More

First, I'd say this resort is the best resort that I've been to somewhere in Batangas. Food-- is good! I won't exaggerate so it's good. I tried to get a piece of everything during our stay and they never disappoint. By the way, the homemade jam that they offer for breakfast is just terrific! and that coffee jelly too that... More

Palm Beach is situated further apart from the other larger resorts in Laiya in practically their own cove. This means that the people on the beach are mostly guests and it doesn't feel crowded even when the resort is fully booked. Then only time you really see the crowds is during mealtimes. We travelled in a group of 5 families... More

We enjoyed our stay here so much, there were 6 of us, 3 adults and 3 children. It was very clean, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were provided with beach towels and shower towels, fresh linen daily and the food was delicious. Because we are Australian we really enjoyed the experience of Filipino food and every meal... More

Dear Valued Guest, We are very happy to hear that you enjoyed your recent stay at Palm Beach. It is also rewarding to note that you tried and liked some of the local Filipino dishes that were served especially the "catch of the day" seafood. The coral reef fronting the beach is one of the attractions in the resort and... More

The resort is not 5 star, but is well-kept and well maintained. You will feel this in the structures, bedrooms, bathrooms and the general surroundings. With a bit of traffic in some areas, it was a 3-hour drive. If you got a senior citizen (SC) and a 4-year old kid with you, the trip will be quite long for them,... More

Second time to stay here. They've added 1 more infinity pool which looks a lot better than the first one. They were very accommodating when we had to swap our paid dinner (attended a wedding at another resort, I had to cancel at Acuaverde because they won't accommodate such request) for lunch buffet next day and when I asked if... First of all, this resort offers flexible accommodations: couples, families and corporates. Secondly, this resort takes care of your needs: golf cart to shuttle you from the car park to the resort area, as well as around the property. Since the beach is a bit rocky, they provide aqua shoes for free. There are cold water dispensers at strategic areas,... More

My husband and I were guests to my sister's 60th birthday celebration in the resort. Earlier research we made about it somehow made us prepared on what to expect. We were welcomed by the resort personnel and led to our rooms, the Alba Jr. and another room in a structure beside ours. We arrived just in time for the buffet... More

Last 14-Feb, my husband arranged an accommodation for our family through the resort's reservation desk (located at Alabang) via phone. He was planning for a weekend, family get-away on my birthday (Sunday). Initially, my impression was that it was "pricey" and I got very skeptic on their "mandatory meals" scheme. Anyways, come Saturday, we've used the Palm Beach's "How To... More
