Well here we are again at The Burley Inn and nothing changes.A very warm welcome greeted us on arrival and we decide to grab lunch before being shown to our rooms.Three ploughmans and a prawn baguette all went down very well. Great value for money and served with a smile.Looking forward to another great stay in beautiful surroundings.

Spent Saturday night at the hotel with a couple of friends and found this place to be just right. Really nice welcome, friendly people , particularly the guys running it Tom and Richard. The rooms were nice and clean ( head space a little constricted in places so book a first floor room if you are tall). We also ate... More

a friend booked the Hotel and when I looked at their website I wasn't looking forward to the stay. It looked so dated. I was pleasantly surprised. Check in:out was easy & quick. A recently refurbished room a mixture of modern but retaining it's charmed modern antique chairs. Comfortable bed, warm room. For ghost hunters if that's your Thing we... More

This is a great pub for real ales, mostly from local brewers, well conditioned and served in tankards, if asked. The food is better than food pub without being more expensive and good. there are about 10 letting rooms, the one we had was a bit on the small size but was on-suite and had everything you needed, TV and... We stayed at the hotel over New Year and were made to feel very welcome by helpful and friendly staff. We ate at the hotel each night and were not disappointed by the quality or quantity and that included the breakfasts, Be it the apple and blueberry porridge or the full English. We will definitely return.

Dined here on a Friday, early evening. It was extremely quiet, only two other tables occupied when we arrived, and were invited to sit at any table not reserved, menus were handed to us. The menu appeared limited with no starters, so we just ordered mains. My cauliflower cheese tart arrived and although it had good flavour the pastry was... More

The owners are amazing guys who are very passionate about their business and customers. All of their food is delicious and fresh. I would fully recommend this pub for anyone visiting the New Forest. We will be back and next time will try out the newly renovated Inn.

My husband and I stayed for just one night. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Our room was warm, well furnished (with a very comfortable bed), and a good sized ensuite. We decided to have a meal at night and found the food delicious and plentiful. We would be happy to return here again in the future.
