After being charged £9.50 for what can only be described as bangers and mash I was appalled that not even a stick of Brocolli or even a carrot was in sight. very poor quality I have paid half this price in much better establishments.

I stay here mainly for the location (walking distance to where I work) however the cost is exorbitant given the quality. Rooms are no better than travelodge but price is c. £100 more a night. Restaurant, food and breakfast however is a redeeming feature.

This is one of the hotels used for overnight stops. It is comfortable but not a top quality hotel. The rooms are serviceable. Nice food in the restaurant, breakfast good, although normally taken in room. Reception service is OK, but can be hit and miss if busy.

Great value at the rate i got of £59 inc a fab breakfast - a far better breakfast than any mass produced troughs of 'white goo oven baked bacon' in '5 star' hotels! Friendly, flexible, ultra clean, free parking, good size rooms, well appointed, free wi-fi (a must) - they get it very right here. D Evans

This was a good hotel. The stay was good. The rooms were clean and the staff is friendly. The location is a little far from Central London, you have to take the tube. The rates are reasonable. Not disappointing if you want to live in this area.
