My niece had booked her wedding at the Oxwich Bay so we were advised to book one of the on-site caravans for the night. At £75 for a night it seemed steep but on arrival we were told that it included a full breakfast the following morning. The facilities for the wedding service and the reception in the marquee were... We are new to this area, so on yet another sunny Sunday in south Wales we found ourselves on Oxwich Beach & after a very pleasant stroll with our little dog we spied this establishment en-route back to the car park. Hoping it was a dog friendly pub, we realised as we got closer that not only is it dog... More

After enjoying beautiful oxwich bay, popped into the hotel for drink and bite to eat. We were fortunate enough to be there on a beautiful day and so lunched outside. The gardens and hotel looked immaculate and our food was delicious. Thoroughly enjoyed.

We stopped here for breakfast after a couple of days camping in Port Eynon. It was our kids birthday so we wanted to treat them to a birthday breakfast. The location is simply stunning but I have to be honest, we were all underwhelmed by the food. When you are charging £10 for a breakfast you expect something a little... More

I can only apologize that you were not looked after to a higher standard, and this is something I will speak to our bar staff about.. With regards to the actual breakfast, this is again something I... More

My mother and I stopped for lunch here while visiting Oxwich Bay. We sat outside to eat our food which was bbq pork wraps and cajun chips. Chips were lovely but wraps were cold, tasteless and horrible. We ended up just eating the chips. To top it off no waiter/waitress came back to ask if everything was ok. Not worth... More

Thank you for your recent review, and I am terribly sorry that your lunch with us was unsatisfactory. I am glad to hear that the chips were lovely, but I can only apologise that your pork wraps were not what you were expecting and that the service was not 100% either - this is something I will sort out immediately.... We chose Oxwich Bay for the stunning location and overall feel of the venue. Maybe over the bar prices seem a bit more but hey it's not a place to get drunk but to enjoy the view with a drink or to celebrate a special event. It is unusual from the point of some of your wedding guests are offered... More

Lovely friendly staff..fab location..recently renovated rooms. Lovely for family and couples. Privately owned beach. Been going there since the 70's Hotel exterior looking a little tired but the restaurant and especially wedding reception room outstanding. We had a lovely romantic meal for two overlooking the sea.

My hubby and I were regular visitors of this hotel. There was nothing better than sitting in the beer garden overlooking the bay. Three weeks ago we had a pint of doom bar, half a Carling and a packet of bobby's nuts £8.05. I have read the reviews of other like minded customers who feel that the drinks are over... More

Stayed last night , have to say the location is brilliant its a pity the the hotel does not live up to the surroundings. Some of the staff are very helpful others are not, the food was average but being over priced and also the drinks, £2.30 for half a lemonade come on that's a rip off, my son ordered... More

Took a dinner bed and breakfast package which did not disappoint. Room had an almost beach view from the cottages. Ensuite was good. Drinks are expensive especially as there is no table service.however the views from the beer garden could go a long way to explaining the cost. All the meals were of a high standard.
