The termales are good however the service is really poor, I went with my family in december to spent the last nigth before flying back to Miami, the lunch was supposed to starts at 12:00 o'clock, so we planned everything to be ready at the restaurant eating on time, we needed to drive to the airport, we waited for 15... The landscape is very beautiful, this is only seen in Colombia, water waterfalls with incredible temperature, delicious and relaxing pools, horrible attention, the restaurant delivered food mismanaged when taking the order and totally cold, the worst is not allowed to enter their own.

The stay here was amazing. I went with my family departing from Medellin. The staff a reception was very helpful. TIP: make sure you have is for all minors. We were unable to check in for over an hour because one of the kids had no identification. Once in the room, the ambiance was great and clean. The meals that... More

My friend and I visited the Termales in December and had a great time. Remember to bring a towel and water shoes if you want to really enjoy the waterfall part. Everyone is super friendly and you sit around together in giant heated pools heaven. You won't need more than 3 or 4 hours. The water makes you very tired,... More

This hotel is unfortunately a mess. Traffic to the termales which are located 1.5 kilometers before the hotel had a massive traffic jam going. Since it is a one lane road me and my family could not get by so instead spent 2 hours in traffic for a place we weren't even going to. Once we arrived at the hotel,... More

I spent a couple of hours at the termales, the weather was cloudy and almost fresh, but my partner and I could enjoy the beautiful place and the amazing view from the pools. That's all! Spent few hours (for us, who aren't deep lovers of termales, 2 hours were enough) passing trough the four pools which all have the same... More

We presented his state issued South Carolina drivers license and they did not except it they said he had to have a Colombian passport to stay at that hotel! As if it was an airport ! I have traveled throughout the... More

My friends and I stayed here in the middle of the week in September which is the quietest and cheapest time to stay. Double rooms in the newest part of the hotel "La Cabaña" were only 140.000 pesos which gave you access to an exclusive hot pool. The only downsides were that WIFI was not accessible from the rooms and... More
