The hotel is simple and unpretentious but very neatly kept and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and for those seeking a more modern ambient I would recommend the newest "Chalet" side of the hotel. Chalet guests have an exclusive hot water pool for chalet guests only, but still free unlimited access to the... More

Just 1 hour and 40min from Pereira, we found this magic place full of nature and entertainment. I went with my family and my husband for my honey moon and we got an spacious room, clean with big windows. We love it, the customer service is great and the San Miguel spa is the highlight of the trip. Beautiful water... More

I was very impressed with this place. 2kms past the end of a paved road, it is breathtaking. 200m waterfall... Fantastic view. The hotel itself has 3 kinds of rooms, rustic, less rustic, and modern... All were very well priced. The stay includes 3 meals. The only slight negative was that wifi was restricted to the lobby.

When you go to Termales you have to be aware that the experience will be completely different to a 5 stars hotel, beware that the place is very humid and old therefore it smells of damp. but all this is part of the experience, it combines perfect with the environment and the tradition of the place. stay focus in what... It's so sad and it upsets me as a Colombian; there is this beautiful location, with a little bit of heaven provided by it's surrounding nature, and it's completely ruined by the hotel, the staff and the service. The staff is either indifferent or outright rude, the food isn't good for the prices you pay, the rooms absolutely awful. We... More

The thermal bad is amazing and the waterfalls makes the experience almost breathtaking. What a lovely place to relax before the trips to the high mountains! The staff is friendly and the "all meals in" concept is worthwhile. The room was cold and somehow very humid, you could sense it by the smell too. The wifi only worked well in... More

We stayed one night at the hot spring hotel - at the new wing which apparently has only been there for a couple of years. The room was reasonably appointed and modern. The new wing has also its own hot spring pool, reception and bar. But the guests are free to use the thermal pools at the main part of... More

We went on jan 2014 and the entry fee was 50.000 pesos per person. Last time I went it was quite expensive, and just ok as a place, the service was just ok and amenities were quite old. The thermal baths a few km down the road are larger, cheaper(34.000 per person ) and just slightly more crowded, but with... More

This hotel was the best surprise of my recent trip to Colombia. We were there for a week, but the best time was what we spent at this hot springs hotel. The scenery is gorgeous. Its relaxing! The hot springs are soothing. Just perfect

We stayed in a hotel for a night. According to the locals hotel is the best option near the termal spring. We paid 100 000 pesos a night per person although the official price was 140 000 pesos (accommodation with breakfast, dinner and lunch) but we refused to eat food there. We were put into older part which is very... More
