We stayed in a hotel for a night. According to the locals hotel is the best option near the termal spring. We paid 100 000 pesos a night per person although the official price was 140 000 pesos (accommodation with breakfast, dinner and lunch) but we refused to eat food there. We were put into older part which is very... More

The only good thing about this hotel it's the nature, which brings me to the question: why on earth do people have to pay to use the natural water? I know you're using also the hotel structure but honestly it's over rated, guests badly treated and worst of all: the loud music all day long! We arrived at 11:00, paid... More

Just spent one night at this wonderful location, the shame is the hotel is very badly run and the food below average at best. It's a really shame as the location is one that will stay with you for ever, the staff can't really be bothered to help, they know that there will be 100's coming to this location and... More

This place was so poor in all areas where to begin! The hotel had uploaded pictures of lovely new rooms onto the site with which we booked through. However on arrival we were told that the new wing was closed & were offered a room in the old wing for exactly the same price with no apology whatsoever. Rooms in... More

After reading some terrible and some brilliant reviews on Trip Advisor we thought we'd give Hotel Termales De Santa Rosa a try for one night (to find out the real deal)! We had read some awful reports from the main hotel area on Trip Advisor so we booked one of their new extension rooms through booking.com that looked really nice... More

Just came back from Santa Rosa de Cabal. I still love the Hotel Termales. Food is great, service is good. I went to the other part of the Balneario. How beautiful. Nature at its best. Cold springs, hot springs. Abundant trails and nature. Our guide Vanessa Marin was kind, thoughtful and well informed. Will go back some time.

The first thing.. the staff. Wonderful. Helpful compasionate. I got sick while on vacation. They couldn't have been nicer. Clean, fully loaded rooms. Nature at your finger tips. What a wonderful setting in the pools. Going back in February with same friends. I'll keep you posted.

Beautiful hotel by the hot springs, different buildings to choose from. Ours had a private hot springs pool. Rooms were great and spacious. Issue with hotel is the service. They have crazy rules about towels, and restaurant. They really need to work on the service here. It's really the only place to stay.

The hot springs have several connected pools with very high hot and cold waterfalls cascading into them. It is a wonder not to be missed. The complex is isolated at the end of a gravel road about 10 km from the town of Santa Rosa de Cabal. The entry fee is about US$20 per person. Changing areas and security are... More

I couldn't see past the neon lighting, secluded jacuzzi, music from speakers in the rocks, drinks served in the pool, condoms in the 'mini bar' and general sense of visiting a film set from the 70s, whether it was Jack Nicholson and the Shining or Joan Collins and the.. or a Soviet spa. The food was overcooked but underheated. The... More
