I want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day so spectacular. Not just because of the scenery from the top of the mountain (which I myself never imagined would be so breathtaking) but more because you made us both feel very special and took all the stress out of our "special day." In... more

Oh dear..on arrival it was clear the place was still under restoration.The... more

Sadly as I am not sure your exact details, I am unable to look into the matter fully- if though you contact me I would of course look into the matter fully. We send our Customers a Feedback form after their stay, asking them to advise us what issues they have had- ideally we like to look into any issues...

The name sounds flash doesn't it? Well it wasn't. In a country with so many fantastic places to stay it is hard to express in words what a disappointment this was and especially for the price. I suspect the stock in trade of this place is wedding receptions. One was being prepared for as we arrived and was clear that... more

Thankyou for your comments, and the email which you sent. Your comments are far from true and do not reflect what goes on at Craig Y Nos Castle, in the main. However on occasions, we do have the momentarily lapse in good customer service and it appears that on this occasion we let you down. I apologise for this. It...

Very disappointing hotel. Our room was very dirty and had 2month out of date milk in it. Value for money was very poor. The staff treated the hotel very badly and we even witnessed a night porter banging a stand alone cigarette dispenser against the hold castle wall to retrieve cigatettes, this left 2 large dents in the original wall.... more

Excellent service from staff, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were clean, tidy, nicely decorated - being shown to our room personnelly was a very nice touch..... rather than being left to find the room yourself. We attended a friend's wedding - the food was excellent at the service and breakfast in the morning was too, such a beautiful place... more

We held our daughter's wedding at the Castle, and from the very first meeting with Alison, our wedding planner, I have never known such helpful, supportive staff. They took all the stress out of the day, with helpful suggestions, detailed itinerary, who to contact etc. I knew that once we'd let them know our requests, they would be carried out... more

We got married here in May 2010, and it was a really lovely day. The theatre is beautiful and really unique, and the house and grounds make a fantastic backdrop for our photos. It was great to have the ceremony, reception and accomodation all in one place. Our reception was in the conservatory which is a really bright and airy... more

We stayed in the dormitory for a Wedding as no other rooms were available. The cost of this was £30 EACH (including breakfast) for a bunk bed sharing with 12 other people, with use of 2 toilets and a small sink.... showers were a short walk away. My only real complaint is the cost, as it is much greater than... more
