We booked this B & B as we decided to stay the night after visiting Rye, so it was a last minute booking. The owner gave us a friendly welcome and showed us to our room, which was nice and clean, no bath unfortunately. The breakfast was ok, the bread was very nice, but the actual breakfast wasnt the best,... More

Just got back to the smoke after a couple of nights away in Woodchurch at this delightful B&B. The couple that run it were so friendly and warm, they make great hosts and really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. The breakfasts are scrumptious, locally sourced, with heaps of warm toast, croissants, thick tasty bacon, and sausages... More

We had a lovely bank holiday weekend at Brook Farm and I can certainly see why they have 5 stars and awards. Stunning rooms, spotless, well furnished, really comfy bed, superb showers and lovely rural views over the gardens. The owners provide really nice thoughtful touches that made our stay really relaxing – I especially liked the chocolates! They even... More

Spent a long weekend at Brook Farm with friends and loved it. Very quiet and relaxing, nestled in the Kent countryside with warm, friendly & attentive service and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are nicely furnished with everything you need for a quiet, comfortable & relaxing stay.

Rated 5* we found it very average, 'award winning' breakfast was poor. (interested to know who judged it) There was not any choice we had to have what was given. One rasher of bacon, fried egg, 2 sausages and cold tomato, cold limp toast warmed up in the oven. Waited 30 minutes for this very limited breakfast. No fresh fruit,... More

We had a lovely stay here! The room was great - warm, comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was fantastic - great choice - full English or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs (we tried both and they were great). We felt really welcome and would definitely come back - and recommend to others!

After experiencing our first winter in the UK, we needed a bit of spoiling, no snow, just rain! Bob and Nicola are fantastic hosts and made our 6 night "retreat" a pleasure. Beautiful, spacious, comfy, smart and welcoming double room with fantastic Doona, a luxury ensuite, fresh towels, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits, umbrella, they have thought of everything. Breakfast... More

Spotless rooms, well furnished and warm. Peaceful, pretty location. Ideally situated for Tenterden, a lovely town, with plenty of interesting shops and restaurants. The pretty town of Rye with its cobbled streets is only a few miles away. We particularly enjoyed Appledore, with its village guide, which was obtained in the church. The owner Bob is very friendly and helpful... More

Wonderful location near Tenterden. Stayed two nights in order to explore the area a bit. The tenant rooms are located in a seperate building from the main house. It was renovated beautifully with spacious rooms. The full English breakfast was terrific and plentiful. Although I did not have time for it, there is a heated pool; the grandchildren would have... The accomodation was really well presented and comfortable. Breakfast was great - good quality, local produce for the full english breakfast and some nice touches like fresh fruit to go with yoghurt or cereal. We stayed for one night but would have liked to have stayed longer. The location is also good, very close to Tenterden (we had a delicious... More
