Stayed one night in family room (one double, one small double, one single, one pop up bed, en-suite) - really clean, fabulous breakfast, great walks! Girls loved breakfast, watching horse have his through glass panel into adjoining stable block!! We stayed on way to HP Studio tour at Leavesden - great value!! Would recommend and stay again!!
