First off when we booked they did say there were no double rooms available, but "there is a room available in the house we can stay in" so we stayed there. The room was nice enough but under quality and we seemed to be missing alot of amenities that others in our party seemed to have in their rooms. The... More

I thank you for drawing our attention to the different check out times and the overzealous member of staff, it might have been for her one of those days. I do not believe that we are unorganised for a small family bed and breakfast, for example,we organised exclusivity for you to use the Jacuzzi and sauna on the evening you... More

My wife booked us a night here for my Christmas present. We had great fun and the owners made us feel very welcome with an offer of a lift to local pub and a continental breakfast delivered personally to the tree house door. The tree house far exceeded our expectations, complete with shower on the balcony and amazing views. With... More

Arrived Saturday afternoon and although apparently owners were away, we were greeted and booked in by their friendly staff. We had the Stag room (double comfortable adjustamatic bed and ensuite bathroom) which was large and nicely decorated with door onto a shared outside courtyard. Dressing gowns, tea/coffee/water/biscuits provided and so also was toiletries and hair dryer. Breakfast was one of... More

Thank you for your positive comments and we endeavour to try to please with our breakfast. With regard to the radiator in the room and the internet connection this is the first time that we have had any comment on this and we will investigate this matter. More

We have camped here twice already this year, both times in the paddock area. I have a large 6 person tent Coleman Coastliner and there has always been plenty of room with a parking spot the other side of the road in. We have only ever used the toilets and showers in the Paddock area and they are great. There... More

Stayed 21st August in the fox den tipi. Four adults and one four year old. All i can say is we were ALL smitten with the place. Its just got it so right. The tipi said to sleep 5 realistically could have slept 10. Far more spacious than you expect. Two electric sockets make a brilliant bonus when taking blow... More

Only stayed for the one night after booking just a couple of days before visiting in order to be close to the Warner Bros. Harry Potter Studio Tour. We were met at Reception by Paula who was very welcoming and happy to give recommendations for local eateries. Her husband also dropped off some wood, kindling and fire lighters for the... More

We drove up from Cornwall not knowing the area and only by viewing online. We stayed in the Stag room within the main building and were more than pleased with the room. There was a kettle in the room with plenty of sachets to chose from, biscuits and sweets. If you forget your toiletries don't worry, a fine selection of... More

The location was excellent, staff were nice, the tree house absolutely fabulous and breakfast was spot on!!! My husband booked this as we had a rare night we could get away with the kids. Was not expecting to be in a treehouse! Amazing! Lovely inside. Lots of biscuits, coffee, tea, juice in fridge. Bed very comfortable. Shower (on balcony) warm- I took my bikini at husbands suggestion, but there is a curtain for modesty! Basket brought in... More

North Hill has one treehouse which we stayed in for 3 nights in July. Location is great - lovely views in the countryside and only a half hour tube journey into central London (get the fast train to Baker Street from Chorleywood). The treehouse is situated in the woodlands and is quiet and private enough. The treehouse is accessed by... More
