We have just returned after a fantastic weekend at Bouncers Farm. We booked the Gypsy Caravan area where you get two bowtop wagons and a communal bender tent (for use only by guests in the gypsy caravans). Each of the two caravans has two beds, bunk bed style. One of the caravans has a slightly larger bed than the other... More

We had an absolutely wonderful five days with Ann on her farm. The gypsy caravans were everything they promised: beautiful, authentic and surrounded by nature and amazing wildlife. We had visits from the chickens, geese, lambs and the farm cat which just fascinated the children. As did the open fire - cooking this way was a new experience for them... More

I have just come back from the most wonderful break at the idyllic gypsy camp at Bouncers Farm and cannot recommend it highly enough. My best friend, her son, myself and my two small children all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The farm itself is enchanting. It is enclosed and safe enough for the children to roam free (as long... I've never felt the need to write on trip advisor before but feel compelled to warn future potential visitors against this place. We stayed 1 night in the foxglove as a family of four. Check in is 4 pm not a minute before, gate is locked and you will not be allowed entry. The owner is at best aloof and... More

Ann the owner was very friendly and helpful, great for the kids to play with the animals the fire was amazing once it was started!!(bring fire lighters if you don't want to spend 2 hours trying to start it like me)..A serene place to visit, my family loved it! I will definitely be back.

I booked this trip as a very last minute surprise for my partner, the two children and the dog. I was initially drawn to the idea of staying in a gypsy wagon, but when I called the owner Ann, she advised me that there was no way we would all fit!! (the children are very young so the option of... More

We stayed for three nights in a small gypsy wagon and once we had met the owner, Ann, settled in, lit our fire and opened up a bottle of wine, we really felt ourselves relax and slow down. Despite reading previous negative reviews about the owner, we actually got on really well with her and found her to be very... More

We loved the farm and the gypsy camp. Great location, good clean accommodation and very relaxed. Camp fire, gypsy caravans, animals roaming around and you can order fresh bread, croissants and newspapers on a sunday morning. What more could you want?! We went as two families, each with a toddler and it was the perfect escape from city life.

I've just returned from two nights in the "gypsy camp" at Bouncers Farm and had a great time. we stayed in the gypsy caravans which are separate from the camp site itself. they were very clean and cosy with the benefit of a proper toilet and shower block attached to the farm house. the details we received when booking meant... I can definitely see Bouncers Farm not being everyone’s idea of a great camping “resort”. Thankfully, I was well prepared from reading these reviews and our one night there (my son’s treat for his birthday and my first camping experience in many a year) couldn’t have gone better, to be honest. In terms of pitches, Bouncers is tiny. My boy,... More
