Owners are lovely, really friendly. Good on site shop with few basics.. On site take away a nice extra. Pitch sizes are too small... Toilet blocks ok. Nice big field for the kids to play in. Overall ok

Site was pretty, but loads of permanent touring caravans in situ, noisy tent field, smoky, no recycling, no doggie loo bins, not well mown or cleaned/kept, oak trees let off sap onto caravan, car and awning, no dog walking area, complained about nearby family pitched up who had dog off lead which peed on our caravan and who pitched a... Just back from a few days in Poole and it was lovely. My girlfriend and I actually booked back in February for a few days camping in April but because it was snowing the site allowed us to change our booking... So we eventually came for our mini-break at the end of June. The site was easy to find and... More

Large campsite and caravan pitches. We camped and payed top whack for it. Avoid anywhere near the trees at the bottom as we were bitten to pieces. Swarming with mozzies. Not hot water at busy times like after 8am and before 9pm. Smelly toilets and showers due to drain problems. For the price we paid I expected more. At least... More

Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed my stay here in this nice, small and well run campsite. Helpful staff and tidy facilities with a good shop make this campsite a great location to explore Dorset from but at £22 a night to pitch a tent, I don't think I'll be going back. The staff were almost apologetic in asking me... More

We stayed here in July last year for four night and really enjoyed it. We had an electrical hook up tent pitch. Facilities were really good in terms of shower block shop etc, and if you want a pint and some bar food there is a good pub just down the road although this can get really busy. We had... More
