Well, first of all we got there our first day in Campeche having booked. It was important because there were no more hotel rooms in Campeche, and my 89 years old grandpa has no time to go'round searchin'. They send us to another hotel just for a night, and then we got back there. We had asked for a room... More

This hotel is charming, the room we had was huge. A bit noisy on the street, but no more than we are used to. Staff is pleasant and accommodating. Public areas are lovely and well kept. Great valu for the price.

Noisy, rooms with no windows, aircon didn't work and awful breakfast. For what I paid, $700 Mexican, you can find much better hotels with moderns bathrooms and installations and facilities that actually work. Staff not that helpful as there was an open bar until 2am...so no sleep was possible that night until 2.30am - and front desk couldn't have cared... More

The rooms in this hotel are like a kennel. Small, old, and a very little window you can hardly see anything through. The staff at the hotel wasn't very friendly. When we asked if it was possible to get another room because of the noisy street, their reaction wasn't friendly. We got another room though. It's very hard to park... More

The general appearance is not bad, especially the patio and the corridors but the rooms are quite old and not well refurbished, the noise from the bars outside in the street are very loud and go on until late and the bed-linen were spotted and mucky.

The good: Excellent location. Lovely center courtyard. Good-sized rooms. Friendly and helpful desk and room personnel. A/C works fine, and hot water is always on. TV and WiFi are part of the deal, although WiFi is only available in and around the courtyard. When I talked to the manager about that, I ended up recommending a more powerful transmitter. A... More

This hotel is very well located in the middle of the colonial city of Campeche. we were there during Carnival, for four nights. On reading the other reviews, and glimpsing into some of the other rooms, I think we had one of the nicer rooms. It was the best I have ever seen in the price range ($40). Tastefully furnished... The hotel location couldn't be more central as this one, but other than that there was nothing exciting about our stay here. There is no wifi service in rooms. Breakfast has to be paid for even if the brochure on the hotel reception desk says otherwise. To us, this hotel felt more like a business than a leisure hotel. Rooms... More

The rooms are not special, but clean, spacious and comfortable. From the hotel it is not even a five minutes walk to the seafront where you can have a nice run in the morning or evening. The location is perfect to explore the city of Campeche and to have a nice stroll around the evening on the way to a... More

I only stayed one night, but this seemed like a great option in Campeche. Helpful staff, nice rooms in a great old colonial mansion/hotel, and the location is right in the heart of centro, a block or two from the main plaza. I wish I had scheduled more time in Campeche, it is a really beautiful town. Next time (if... More
