Situated right across the street from the Palacio del Estado de Campeche, the location couldn't be better. Included parking across the street. Smiling and friendly hotel staff. A charming Colonial home turned into a small hotel. High ceiling, old doors and windows, some antique furniture and a small balcony made me feel transported in time to a more gentile era.... More

everything else is very good, it is a pity to have this problem of noise THE NOISE DURING THE NIGHT CITY WORKS TO REBUILD THE WALLS JUST IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL TILL 1:37 pm. Do not take a room on the 2 streets, too noisy, ask a room on the back of the hotel, if not , do not... More

We staid there one night in June. The hotel is perfectly located, you can walk everywhere near the zocalo from there. The welcome was great, we were shown at once where the included parking lot was, a few meters away. The receptionist was very helpful with questions, and provided us with a map of the surroundings which was a great... More

Everyone in the staff was very helpful and friendly. from the person that greets you at the door, the gentlemen at the front desk and the bellboys. Very knowledgeable of the tourist attractions as well as helpful with the local cuisine, including the local hang outs and the Mercado. In general they could help more than the tourist information office... More

My husband and I stayed at this great hotel and enjoyed every moment of it. The place is beautifully decorated with great tiles and furnishings. The service was excellent from check in to checkout. Carlos in reception was great, very helpful. The hotel was spotless and quiet. The room and the grounds exceeded our expectations. All that and reasonably price.... More

Very close to Oxxo supermarket and vegeterian restaurant with excellent breakfast. Pretty hotel in ancient renovated house. Big rooms. Good aircon. Beds a little hard. Good bathroom with very good towels and excellent bio shampoo, body lotion, soap,...(free) Nice... More

This small and lovely hotel is located at three blocks from downtown Campeche. WHERE YOU HAVE TO BE: EL LUGAR in a city that is destroyed at this moment and doesn´t have much to show. Their rooms, service, breakfast, price, ALL their personnel including house keeping, receptionist: Eleazar and manager: Ninfa are there to please you.

Location of the hotel is excellent, right at the edge of the old monumental town, allowing for easy exploration on foot and access to some nice restaurants/bars. Staff lovely, friendly and helful, we were particularly fan of Manolo, the elder man showing the free parking lot up the road and helping with the bags. Breakfast is served against a low... More

Castelmar Hotel is perfectly situated near the Central Plaza at Campeche. You can walk around in the beautiful streets around and enjoy the lovely atmosphere of this Colonial City. We stayed at a Junior Suite that was huge, with excellent A/C and very quiet. They serve breakfast at the patio. The pool is small but very nice. And the service... More

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Castelmar. It's very beautiful and the rooms are very clean and big. The staff was very nice! We highly recommend this hotel. It's located right in the middle of Campeche!
