We stayed for three nights and the service was really nice. The room are very spacious and with a strong A/C. Some minor details could help the hotel to become more luxurious, but overall it was a great experience. Where else do you have an Hacienda in the middle of the city?

We stayed for two nights and will repeat as per other reviews. The rooms are too damp and humid. The shower and loo is in the bedroom - so where is the vapour from the hot shower water going to go? Nowhere - the windows are all closed (we had one in the room) and not practical to open as... More

I really wanted to rate this hotel higher but not really sure that I would recommend it to others. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and have charm. The staff are friendly and helpful in organising transport or whatever is needed. The location is perfect, just next to the pedestrian street. We did not eat at the hotel so we... More

Thank goodness we had the opportunity to walk the grounds and see some rooms prior to booking. Dark, dank with apparently a lone old caretaker, who seemed fairly disinterested. When we asked him why the pool was so cloudy, he seemed to think that was normal. Perhaps when people pay absurd amounts of money on a hotel, they assume it... More

If you want a vacation a little different from the norm, you might like this hotel in this city. The hotel looks like a colonial hacienda. The grounds are pretty and include a pool that is made of a bunch of connected, 3 foot deep pools that integrate antique walls. Interesting and very pretty, but at close look, the bottom... More

We spent 1 night here. Room was quirky with bathroom area bigger than the bedroom! Only snag is there is no door to the toilet! Plenty room to put in a door but why not? Only seating area was in bathroom area (yes, really) so one of us had to vacate when needs must! Bizarre! Still a quality hotel with... More

The hacienda is breathtaking from the minute you enter. The grounds are beautifully cared for and are especially lovely at night. We had a large, well-appointed room with a huge bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, and they went out of their way to ensure our complete comfort. We were somewhat concerned... More

We decided to have our New Year's eve dinner and party at this hotel (22 people). Since the beginning the service was terrible and slow to say the least. This gem of a hotel is located in the historical centre of Campeche, within walking distance of the main sights. One could never imagine what it has inside simply by looking at the door. Service is amazing from the start, with valet parking and a cold towel awaiting you. The rooms are simply magical. Yes, they are a bit dark,... More

The hotel is centrally located in the old town of Campeche and consists of several historic buildings. The inner courtyard and garden are very nice and the pool design is just spectacular! The normal rooms themselves are rather small, but bathrooms are huge and nicely designed, including a glass roof. The rooms are equipped with all amenities and bedding is... More
