Stayed in this hotel, on my own, for a whole week (6 nights), end of july, in 3 different rooms...The hotel is not fancy, but not too simple either (would be like 2 stars in a European city), quite well maintained and staffed, clean, modern furniture. No complain here. The main problem to be aware of in this hotel is... More

I stayed in this hotel with a friend for two nights and came to the following conclusion: + great location in the historic center of Campeche + relatively cheap + laundry service available + we were able to park on the road right in front of the hotel (although, according to tripadvisor, parking is not available) + relatively clean (except... I agree with the other reviews, but after visiting some hotels I must add that almost all inner-city Mexican hotels suffer from the same problems: lack of ventilation and window-face roofed courtyard. That will surely affect the possibility of noise and smell. Taking this under consideration, and the fact we had only 1 night in Campeche, we decided to book... More

I stayed in this hotel with a friend for two days, and it's been perfect. The quality of the hotel is remarquable for the price we paid, it has a jacuzzi, a terrace and a nice patio. We found the staff friendly and helpful

Hotel H177 is one of many newish hotels in the beautiful old town of Campeche, and one of a few aiming at a boutique-ish ambience. This means: clear designs, straight lines, fancy toiletry.. and not much else. My ground floor room directly faced the street, which means I had to keep the curtains closed 24 hrs. There's a so-so courtyard... More

Hotel clean and tidy - (more like a Hostel though) and as others have described fully enclosed located in Historic Centre of Campeche. We had a junior suite 2 small doubles, bathroom very compact and the aircon noisy. Virtually NIL facilities only coffee making machine and micro wave oven available located next to plunge pool in central atrium. Reception staff... More

Although h177 advertises itself as a boutique hotel, it is not really one. The location is prime, in a beautiful street in the old town, but staff is not up to the standard the hotel would like to reach (don't speak english, misplace bookings, had some trouble calling a cab for us, etc) and most importantly, as other TripAdvisers mentioned,... I share the review by joanne_kh, as you are in a nice capsule: my room, 202, has a window opening on a courtyard which is enclosed by a glass structure. So you are forced to have aircon and fan always working everywhere: in room and bathroom, in the lobby, on the stairs. That is really a pity, because the structure... More

I don't like being negative, but I feel I need to warn people about this hotel. The entire hotel is enclosed. The rooms do not have windows that can get fresh air of any kind. And they overlook the pool, which is also inside the enclosed building. (There is a glass roof over part of the pool area, which at... More

Its a modern boutique hotel in the middle of the historic center. It's small but rooms don't feel like a shoe box, it has a small jacuzzi/pool that creates a nice ambience and a nice roof top to enjoy the sunsets.
