The title says it all. Some things that could be better: the pool was rather small with only two beds and some chairs. Maybe the hotel could expand it? Another thing which is much easier to improve on, please use signs. The hotel was really hard to find, I saw other guests who had the same problem. You had to... More

this hotel is very noisy - not only the rooms with windows leading directly to the noisy street - also the rooms leading to the "backyard" are very noisy. I asked for a quiet room, we got a room with a wall right in front of the window (10 cm from the window) and we could hear the noise from... More

If you are travelling by car around the yucatan and you are stopping off for one night in Campeche then this is the hotel for you. It's right in the colonial city centre three streets from the plaza. It's got loads of parking and security. Although I can imagine it get busy in high season. The rooms are clean but... More

We spent 2 nights here while touring around. The hotel is stunning, very colonial and luxurious. The staff were attentive and courteous. It was a perfect place to explore Campeche. We ate in the restaurant, delicious food at reasonable prices. The high spot was the cool bar in the evening. The barman deserves praise as he made the BEST pina... More

Nice clean hotel. Good size room and bathroom. A shame that breakfast is in another hotel. Breakfast had poor vegetarian options, but nice setting. Unfortunately the view from the room was of a brick wall!!! Painted white, 0.5 metre from window. Staff in restaurant didn't speak great English.

We had a junior suite on the 1st floor with a terrace overlooking the Parque del IV Centenenra, with 2 sun loungers - but no umbrellas. The room had all you could want including quality beds & was quiet. English news channels TV Breakfast seemed to start with the groups, followed by independent travellers and at 9.00am the locals arrived... More

First, this hotel was much more "upscale" than we had expected, with very large rooms and modern touches. We wanted to stay an extra night, but only one room was left, at full price. Since that was nearly 3 times what we paid for the room we booked early, we chose not to take it. Most hotels in the Yucatan... More

This was a pleasant hotel but it is important to know that this seems to be an annexe to the main hotel, Plaza Campeche. I presume this is reflected in the price - we were on a group tour so I do not know prices. As it is an annexe there is no bar but there is one in the... More

We booked last minute here through Booking.com and got a real bargain. I was surprised how big the room was - just huge, with two double beds. The whole hotel is squeaky clean, especially the bathrooms, which are also very modern and have really great showers. I felt very relaxed and good here, also the location is unbeatable.

Very unfriendly staff, no service at all - they could not have cared less! The location is good but loud and busy. Bathroom shower did not work. Colonial facade is not continued inside ... Fake colonial set up - there must be rooms with charm, but we have not get one. It was the second room we saw. The first... More
