We went to the Woodside B&B after searching for a local glamping venue that would accommodate many ladies for my recent hen party. I initially loved the tipi's and yurts on the website, and was also impressed by all the activities and entertainment on offer. We had a fab time... loved the venue, location and most of all the staff.... More

We stayed in the Moroccan Yurt as a group and it was great fun! Arrived really late but that was no bother as we got a warm welcome and a low down on all the local restaurants. Everything we could want was in the yurt and the hot tub and massage therapy was a bonus!! Everyone was very friendly and... More

Booked 2 nights in the Moroccan Yurt as a romantic weekend away for my girlfriend. Overall we had a lovely weekend but this was very much due to the company - the customer service and below average facilities definitely let the place down. Firstly, at £120 a night, the Moroccan Yurt is not cheap. The extra money supposedly buys you... More

Just returned from a fabulous weekend at The Woodside B&B and glamping site. My friends and i stayed in the Purple Pursian. The owners of this site have thought of everything. Everything we needed was in the yurt already and we didn't have to ask for anything extra. Its fully kitted out. We enjoyed an Archery lesson with Kirsty who... More

Enjoyed a relaxing break for our anniversary. Stayed in the cream Suite. The room was comfortable and the well equipped. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the gardens are home to Yurts and Tipees. It was a busy weekend but was really peaceful. The breakfasts were well cooked with quality ingredients and more than enough to satisfy a healthy appetite.... More

Celebrating a friends big birthday with 8 of us in total , thankfully the company is what makes a great time away as the facilities and customer service skills were definitely dampening. On arrival , looked lovely and the yurt itself was lovely , we were given the tour etc and informed one of the showers was not working in... More

We had a fantastic family Glamping trip at the Woodside B&B (2 kids aged 2 & 4), just before my daughter started school. The site was really well equiped and the tents were much more spacious than expected. We stayed in one of the Bell Tents which had a double bed and two single futons for the kids. They come... More

We came for a relaxing break away and picked the perfect place to do just that. The setting was so peaceful and secluded (even with the rowdy glampers - luckily they were at the back of the property & quietened down at night, so didn't disturb our sleep), but every noise does echo in the house, so you may struggle... Living reasonably locally, my friend and our two 7 year old boys wanted the Crazy Cat Tipi experience! We had such a fantastic time that we re-booked straight away. Amanda, Daron and their girls were so welcoming and clearly given so much thought to all the campers needs. There wasn't a single item we needed! The facilities are excellent and... More

I would certainly recommend it! We had two bell tents between six of us. Both decorated very well and fully equipped from cooking utensils and table covers to blankets, cushions and fairy lights. We weren't the best at getting the fire going but help was always at hand. We had afternoon tea on arrival, which was very much worth the... More
