Cadgwith really is the ideal Cornish harbour village. There are a couple of shops and fishmongers selling locally caught fish. We stayed one night in the Cadgwith Cove Inn. The room had been recently redecorated to a high standard, although a little minimalistic for my liking. Lovely sea view. Helen, the owner, was pleasant and helpful and couldn't be faulted.... More

We have recently returned from a stay at The Cadgwith Cove Inn . Wow what an experience! We were a big family , celebrating a big birthday, and another family event in Cadgwith, and as such we virtually 'took over' the pub rooms for 2 nights (booked early!!) and some family members stayed longer. Home from home, but with much... More

Having eaten out regularly around the Lizard over the last 8 years and many times at the Cadgwith Cove Inn I had a drink there the day before and the food looked Great! I checked their website all day menu and we all found something that suited us. We arrived at the same time as the day before and I... More

We had a lovely room on the top floor, recently redone with a sparkling new bathroom. The inn and pub are very charming. The night we were there was singing night and the festivities went on until all hours of the morning. We sleep with the windows open and the noise was a bit bothersome. We ate dinner and breakfast... Helen and Garry are wonderful hosts - the pub is warm, friendly and welcoming! The only drawback is the limited food menu, however - if you do something well, then why make a rod for your own back by trying to do too much?! I think these guys have got it dead right. Some of the previous reviews amaze me... More

Had lunch in this lovely little pub! Mussels were amazing and the kids fish and chips and burgers were fantastic! Friendly people and the kids played in the gateway and loved it! My son particularly enjoyed the "pirate ship" steering wheel gate! (He's 3) made our day. Thanks!!

Great burgers and fish and chips in the outside seating area. Quite dark inside but probably cosy in winter with a fire on. Friendly, welcoming staff and hearty food. Great walking and views from the pebble beach.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights from Saturday 4th July and we cannot praise the place too highly. Gary and Helen and the rest of the staff were so friendly, helpful and hospitable. We appreciated the convenience of staying in a lovely room, right in the centre of beautiful Cadgwith Cove and enjoyed excellent dinners and breakfasts... More
