Arrived on a grey windy Friday afternoon to this quaint working fishing village and a nights stay at Cadgwith Cove Inn. The newly refurbished rooms are excellent and the welcome was very warm from the landlady, Helen. The menu made the most of the locally caught fish and the chowder was delicious. At around 10 o'clock the bar started to... More

The barman smiles, The waitress smiles, The Landord smiles. You taste their food, drink the ale and you smile. Great place Smiles all around. The scenery and costal path in this location is very good, the pub makes a great focal point for pre and post lunch walking. It pays to reserve a table if you are visiting on busier... More

We live in East Cornwall, are regular pub goers and fancied a short break to the west. Being of a certain age, we can remember the traditional English pub which is the centre of village life. They are now few and far between. Look no further than the Cadgwith Cove Inn ! When we arrived at 4pm on a cold... More

Travelling on business, but lucky that my business brought me to this beautiful part of the world, albeit in January! If you like old-fashioned and traditional, you'll love this place! It's just as you would imagine an Olde Worlde Cornish Inn to be. I was warmly welcomed and shown to my very well appointed and comfy room, complete with sea... More

Know Cadgwith very well and have spent many a hour sat at the bar. First time ever away at New Year and it didn't disappoint. Stayed in Room 7 which is ensuite and everything is just about right, especially the shower which is hard to drag yourself out of once your in. The upgraded rooms have made a great difference... We've stayed in Cadgwith Cove several times and always spend lots of time at the Inn. We stayed here for the first time for 5 days over New Year. Our room was comfortable and very clean and all the meals we had were very good. The folk evening on Tuesday was even more fun than normal and the band on... More

The place may not have the ultimate commodities but is fantastic to wake up hearing the birds and smelling the sea, early in the morning can see the fishermen going to work. The place is in the middle of the little village, it's dark and isolated at night but that's the point. It is the place to go for quietness... More

We have just spent a wonderful week in Cadgwith, Dummers loft, with friends and had 2 special nights in Cadgwith Cove Inn, one of them being New Year's Eve. We were made to feel so very welcome by Garry and Helen, they seemed to work extremely hard to get things right and it has definitely paid off, the atmosphere was great... More

We visit Cadgwith 2-3 times a year. We booked to stay in the pub on Dec 19th, 2014 for two nights. The rooms and bathrooms have been upgraded, and it's a great improvement on the old rooms. I must say, I did love the old rooms, but after 30 odd years that is that I expected, but it is much... More
