Absolutely lovely little B&B in the sleepy little village of Broadmayne, just a stone's throw away from Dorchester.
The twin room in which we stayed was just the right size, had a TV with freeview, tea and coffee making facilities, and shortbread, which was a nice touch.
Nothing was too much trouble, the owners were extremely friendly.
Great breakfast too,...

After looking endlessly for a B&B in the areas surrounding Weymouth, I managed to find this nice little place in the village of Broadmayne, about 10/15 mins drive from Weymouth town. If you're after a quiet place away from the business and hassle from town - this is the place for you. Bob is very friendly and nothing is too...

My partner and I stayed there for one night last weekend. The room was very clean and warm. It was large with wonderful views of the back garden and the birds. The bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom is amazing and very clean and tidy. There was a large cooked breakfast as well as fruit and cereal. Good coffee...

We spent a very enjoyable weekend at Old Church Farm where we were made more than welcome by Bob and Carol. Our room was very spacious and comfortable although it was on the road side of the house we were not disturbed at al by traffic, very quite. The en suite was an added bonus and very clean. Our breakfast...

The b&b is surprisingly set opposite the church on the main road. you do get some traffic noise but its minimal.
The building itself is a lovely old farmhouse with an interesting history as told in the room information.
It's clear when you first meet Robert that he is keen for you to relax and enjoy your stay. the room...

Set in the lovely village of Broadmayne which is about 10 mins from Dorchester. Thank you very much for a very...

Very nice welcome from Robert. The rooms are spacious and very clean in a beautiful, historic property. Breakfast was excellent - coffee just needed an extra spoonful in it! Shame we weren't spending longer. Having to bring a baby cot wasn't too much of a problem for us but could be for others.
We stayed here for just one night, en route to Cornwall, but wished we could have stayed longer. Lovely clean room, with pleasing (not over done) decor, large bathroom with bath and powerful shower fitting. Breakfast was wonderful, home made preserves, fresh chives on my scrambled eggs, delicious. We really hope to go back there.
We visited this B&B for a short break and were very impressed. The room (double with seperate private bathroom) was tastefully decorated and comforatable. The fact that the cottage has history and the village location adds to the pleasure of staying in this B&B. The breakfast was delightful, freshly made and included home made preserves. The location is great if...
