I stayed in the Albergo Duomo for three nights while in San Gemini for a friend's wedding. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, above and beyond the call of duty (even giving me a lift to the train station in Terni on my last day when I departed!) The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was... More

The hotel is very nice and well kept. The staff are friendly and certainly go out of their way to assist. San Gemini is a beautiful Umbrian hill village and a great place from which to explore the local environs. I would very highly recommend this hotel.

I traveled to San Gemini with my college daughter who was beginning a preservation studies program there. What a perfect choice of hotels! Historic building just inside the town gate. It was an easy to drive into Rome to catch my flight the next morning. This hotel is the pride of San Gemini and impeccably run by a people who... More

The room was filthy with mold on the walls and the bathroom was disgusting. The staff were rude to us with the exception of one man who ran the front desk. We had to beg for towels and toilet paper. Eventually we had to buy our own toilet paper at the grocery store. Room had busted light fixtures, dirty and... More

Lovely inn at the ancient gate to San Gemini, a medieval hill town in southern Umbria. A local prince's residence in the 18th century, L'Albergo Duomo has spacious rooms, a rooftop terrace with a view of the hills, a restaurant fit for foodies and a warm and service-oriented staff. Free wifi, comfortable sitting rooms and air conditioning throughout, make this... More

We stayed in this hotel during the last 2 nights of our trip in Italy and it was the best and less expensive hotel. Great location, in the old city, nevertheless there is a parking lot behind it. The building is an renovated old palace, simple and stilish. The rooms are recently renovated and spacious with excellent bathroom. Breakfast is... More

I enjoyed my time at this hotel. The staff was nice room warm and clean and the bathrooms very spacious with an excellent bathtub. Breakfast was okay, not great, but for the price it was fine. Greta central location for staying in Umbria.

Great location just inside the old city walls. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the room had a small balcony overlooking the bell tower, and the old city. Really pretty town. The hotel is a very old building but the rooms looked recently refurbished.
