The resort was well-maintained and has complete amenities apart from the beautiful beach that you could really enjoy the whole day. The staffs were also very approachable too..I love the performances at night where it showcases folk dances and fire dancing. My group was on a tight budget so we decided to sleep on the beach beds on sand for... More

The last time I visited Paradise Island was seven years ago and I was pleasantly surprised with the "for the better" changes that the management has implemented. There are now more tables for the visitors, more entertainment options for the kids, cleaner toilets and baths, faster service of food and drinks and friendlier staff. The three things that really impressed... More

Me and my boyfriend decided to spend the day here to relax and were very happy to have done so. Their main boat station was an easy 10 minute taxi ride from our hotel, and about 7 minute boat ride across to the resort. When we arrived, we decided to rent one of the basic huts (without AC or TV... More

It's been long since my last trip to Paradise but when I went back there with my husband and niece, I was surprised to see how they maintained and improved the place. Aside from the white sand and free tables (it's free with the entrance fee except for the closed cottages), other amenities (pool table, mini zoo, souvenir shop, restaurant,... More

Had a deluxe room which was very pleasant, except for the lack of electrical outlets inside - just one in the bathroom - not handy when there are 3 phones/2 cameras and a laptop between the 2 of us, a real pain. The hard sell on the food and beverages is pretty annoying too - signs everywhere saying you can't... More

Among the beautiful beaches in Samal Island, Paradise Island Beach Resort is in my number list. Wanna know why? Here are my reasons why I love Paradise Island. 1. It is so easy to reach from the downtown area of Davao City. You will just take a taxi then tell the driver to bring you to the private port station... More

2 Thumbs up for this resort. They have the friendliest and most accommodating staffs. They have first class service and can be compared to Pearl Farm Resort. I think the only difference with Pearl Farm and Paradise Island is the PRICE. In Pearl Farm- more expensive food and rooms while in Paradise Island- superb service and amenities and you pay... More

I have been to Paradise Beach on both of my visits to Davao. You can go there late morning, have a lazy lunch and swim a bit and come back in the late afternoon. Of course, there are a lot more activities there, and you can also stay over night. It is AMAZING how clean the place is, how clear... More
