You can reach Isla Reta Beach resort by riding a small ferry boat from davao harbour. The resort is located just beside the arriving pier, so no stress for needing any kind of service. The location and the seawater is really great ! - Very clean water, white sand beach ( maintained and clean ) - some simple beach cottages... More

Isla Reta is such a lovely place. I don't think it's a resort but there are rooms for rent. You can also opt for pitching tents to be closer to nature and the sea. The place is surprisingly clean. There is a comfort room, changing rooms and shower stalls. However, the water in the shower is a bit salty. There... More

I love the place so much. The best beach I have ever seen in my whole travel. The accommodation was not so nice but I still love to come back to catch more starfish and collect seashells. The staff were helpful and friendly and even though the room was quite old but it won't matter because spending time on the... More

One of the most beautiful places ive been... U will not regret to be in this island... I was really funny when i happen to talked to the owner itself... At first i really dont have an idea that he's the owner of this beautiful haven because he is really simple and candid... He talked to us casually and joke... More

Me and friends went there and spent and entire day and night camping out on the sandy beach. It was very beautiful; both the view and the water. We highly recommend the place for those who love white sandy beaches and clear blue waters. The place is big and even though there was a lot of people there when we... More

Just over an hour away by boat from Davao, Isla Reta on Talicud Island is a great resort with a pretty clean beach with lovely white sand. The resort offers a number of different accommodation options, from dorms to beach style hut; you keen even pitch a tent on the beach. I would highly recommend Isla Reta.

My friends and I initially planned to stay for the day and transfer to a nearby resort in Kaputian, where we're booked for the night. Our plans changed immediately upon arrival when we saw the clean and clear blue water (we could see our feet literally, that clear), the long shore line, and the fine, white sand of Isla Reta.... Isla Reta was great! The boat ride was tedious, but once you're on the island, you will appreciate the fine white sand and the clear, clean waters. The weather was nice in the morning, but it became gloomy in the afternoon and rained almost the entire night. Still we had fun in the waters the entire afternoon.

Everything would have been perfect. We went at Talicud island with the fear of experiencing bad weather since it was raining the day before our planned vacation. But as soon as we came at Isla reta, the weather turned great. Blue skies, blue green waters with so many underwater creatures. You would really feel one with nature with this resort.... More

Only an hour away from Davao city, the clear waters and powdery white sand is amazing. Best not to go on a weekend though, as the small strip of beach can get very crowded. Bare bones, simple and quiet on a weekday, with a herd of sheep making this quaint resort even more picturesque. Two things though - the showers... More
