My husband and I stayed here for two nights as part of our Kuoni Leopard Safari in March 2014. We had stayed here in 2005 and the renovated rooms were much nicer than I remembered them being! We had a view over many herds of elephants and other wildlife that happened to wander by. The room had 4 power points... More

The Ol Tukai Lodge was the hotel in Amboseli included as part of my safari package. Brilliant hotel! Nice and relaxing! Quiet! Fantastic rooms! Good food and good atmosphere. But best of all............it is in the centre of the Amboseli Game Park. Drive out the gate and you are immediately on Safari. Highly recommended! Just wished I had stayed longer.

Ol Tukai Lodge is located inside Amboseli National Park which makes game drives just moments away (in addition to what you can view from your room). Room (#31) was located in the remodeled Elephant Wing with a view of the savannah (and yes, elephants). Rooms on the other wing face Mt Kilimanjaro. I absolutely loved this location which is why... After a mix up at another facility in the park, we were sent to the Ol Tukai. I must admit I was a bit miffed as we drove up. However, as we walked the boardwalk entry to the hotel through a lovely garden area my mood began to lift. As we turnd the corner of the walkway and entered the... More

This is a great lodge in the middle of Amboseli and the staff are amazing and very very helpful. The buffet has a great array of food and the space for children to run around is great. Be careful of the monkeys who will come into your room if the door isn't locked!

We began our safari adventure in Amboseli and fortunately spent two nights at Ol Tukai. The cabin accommodations are roomy, clean and quite comfortable. The buffet offered a wide selection to accommodate varied tastes. We never went away hungry or disappointed! Note: power was shut down at night and we were not aware. Being our first night, it did cause... More

A marvellous location overlooking Mount Kilimanjaro and surrounded by the Amboseli is matched by attentive staff and comfortable amenities. We stayed for two nights as part of a safari trip and would thoroughly recommend it. The food is plentiful and good with a wide choice. The bar area is very comfortable with a upper floor affording great views across the... More

Would highly recommend this lodge to stay at when visiting Amboseli national park. The location is superb with views looking onto mount Kilimanjaro. The staff welcome you with refreshing towels and a drink on arrival and cannot do more to make you feel welcome. The food here was excellent with a wide range of choice and constantly bring replenished. As... More

Ol Tukai is among the top three lodges I have stayed in Kenya. The cottages are quaint, peaceful, and offer stunning views of the herds of elephants and Mt. Kili at the same time. The elephants come very close to the lodge along with wildebeest and Cape buffalo. All rooms offer views of the elephant herds, but the farthest rooms... More

This was the last of the Lodges we stayed at on our safari and it was fabulous. We had a triple room as we were 3 women friends. Plenty of room to move around with a lovely shower room with the added extra of the monkeys looking in at you when you shower! We had a view of Kilimanjaro although... More
