Was clean and staff very friendly. However, wasn't overly impressed with hotel. Got a great view of Kilimanjaro and fantastic views of the Elephants walking past!!! The "Bush" dinner was one of the highlights of the trip.

Both my father and son got very bad food poisoning in Nairobi and they both got very sick in this hotel. The staff cleaned up the mess and called a doctor, three times!
