chose hotel reimar after much debate and not disappointed. had been to Palamos on a cruise previously and liked so much wanted to come back. If you are looking for traditional British grub and sporst bars etc etc dont come here it has a more Spanish feel and didnt really here English much during our stay. Hotel is not modern but clean and comfy and great views and location. Never have we seen a pool so close to the sea and sitting in the jacuzzi looking out to sea (its on the roof) is fantastic. We only did B and B and while ok was continental and the same each day. Hotel is not actualy in Palamos which we learned on the trip as the boulevard which spans 4km is really two towns and ran by two town halls. Reimar is in Sant Antoni de Calonge and at the opposite end of Palamos. We strolled down this bouelvard many times and frequented the many bars and restaurants on the way.
