We staid with family a week ,light clean rooms, friendly and professional staff, tasty cousin , safety beach ... , no worry for kids, cause they wasted time hole day along with animators, I hope next summer we can plan stay at the Georgia palace again . We stayed there for 10 days. The hotel axceeded all our expectations - outstanding service; friendly, helpful staff; delicious food; fantastic view; comfortable and pleasant ambiance; top cleanness; high security. Especially liked the private beach, which is just two steps from the hotel! Ideal for family holiday.

Not happy at all with the service provided at GPH. Not enough parking available, had to park at the street. Beds are not comfortable at all, meals are either overcooked or undercooked, plus not enough tables for customers. Stayed one night in GPH on business and forgot power cord and universal adapter of my laptop in the room. When called later the same day the hotel confirmed that they had found the items and would secure them for my colleague to pick them up a week later. The hotel was alright. The rooms were not that big AND THERE was no ac. The beds were not comfortable either. However, the staff was nice and they were helpful. The hotel is not that close to the center of the city either. The pool is not great or clean. However, there are many resteraunts nearby.

This is an excellent hotel, with excellent grounds, great food, access to the beach, a separate pool for kids, etc. I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Adjara. This is the best for the value!

I stayed here for 4 nights - it was not bad. From Batumi airport, it takes about 50 minutes over a road with many bends - think about travel sickness pills if required.
