Stayed here at Christmas during the peak time. Me and my boyfriend got sick with a stomach bug - as did many tourists in Railay. The hotel itself is ok, accommodation is basic but not awful. My main issue (and it takes a lot for me to give a bad review) was the staff. There were so many employees and... More

If you're staying longer than 3 days at Railay, do not stay here. No one speaks English, the pool is dirty (despite our everyday effort to communicate the need for a cleaning) and the beds are hard as wood. There are small things this hotel could've done to make it better, but they seem determined to keep it a below... More

On arrival to railay beach looks lovely, but this is were the expensive hotels are on the west side, which is still busy due to long tail boats coming and going. You then have to walk through to the east side for a more reasonably priced hotel. The east side is smelly, dirty and beach unusable. There are mangroves and... More

This wasn't a "bad" place, it just wasn't the best place around. We paid around $50 a night and it was a pretty good location - you could walk to all the main beaches around. The breakfast was nothing special. The AC worked well and our room was cleaned daily. We had clean towels, fresh water daily. The water that... More

Stayed for a week for New Year's. Terrible service, rooms are in desperate need of renovation, food is average, beds are rock hard, a/c not working, don't even have hair dryers. Apparently they tend to overbook and during our stay there were guests staying in tents behind the restaurants as they were overbooked. It's definitely not a resort. Unless you... More

The customer service at this resort is absolutely pathetic. After arriving on a flight from Bangkok, bus from Krabi Airport to Ao Nang, long tail boat to Railay Beach we found this resort which we had booked and paid for for two nights on Agoda only to be told there were no rooms available. This was at 3pm in the... More

We booked three nights in a wooden bungalow with double-bed for approx. 2850 Baht per night. When we arrived in the morning we were told that they are booked out and that they did not receive any reservation but we could come back in one week when they would have free rooms again. After the first shock we insisted and... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a good time. Location is good, minutes waking to good beaches and restaurants. We paid around 50 euros per night and found it worth for the money as the rooms were big with a/c and the breakfast and pool were really nice. Staff are helpful. Specially with the extremely rude russian guests... More

We were visiting Railay on the peak season, days before and after New Year's. We booked this hotel already back in August for 6 people, three rooms, and paid 125 EUR/night/room. Unbelievably expensive, emphasised by the poor quality of the hotel. Everything seemed like the hotel would have been closed at least for the past 6 months and then opened... More
