OK, so it was very expensive, but you get what you pay for - and everything about RBC was perfect. Our house was just extraordinary, nestled in the trees with cliffs behind and sea in front. The staff were wonderful - discrete but attentive. And we really could have stayed here forever (if we won the lottery). It would be... More

If you are an independent traveler this is the place for you. Natural, simple, authentic, chalets set in hectares of trees with ready access to the best bit of the beach for swimming. Loved the privacy, the relaxed atmosphere, the natural ease of the whole set up. Comfortable but not cluttered by everyday gadgets. Appreciated the free drinking water. The... More

We loved our little cabin. It was a really nice way to spend a few relaxing days in Railay. We have been before and stayed next door but this way is much better. We had our own kitchenette, everywhere was clean, it was quiet and we found it really relaxing. Would definitely go back here over one of the hotels... More

We spent 3 nights here in one of the smallest houses, CH3 which is a one roomed traditional thai house with a separate bathroom across a little walkway and a large veranda. The house has a fridge and cooking facilities. Although we chose to eat out while were here, it was nice to know that everything was present to be... More

We spent 5 days in 11D as a family of four. Lots of room to lounge and read, relax, and spread out. The balcony was so nice the last night in a thunderstorm to watch the rain and feel the cool breeze. This house is far enough off the beach to not hear the longtail boats start up and zoom... More

I stayed in house #10 with two young kids for 8 days in March, 2014. I can't say enough about our experience at the Beach Club. We found the staff lovely, the happy hour bar amazing and El, the massage therapist beyond description. We loved our house and the beach. Because Railay West & East are very, very short on... More

This is one of my favourite places in the World! My self, husband and 2 friends stayed at Bridge House in February 2014 and were amazed at how lovely it was. The pictures don't do it justice! A beautiful house, open, spaciouos with every comfort thought of. The verandah is perfectly located with seaviews to the left and the beautiful... More

Staying at Ralilei Beach Club was one of the highlights of my trip. I came with two other girlfriends and visited Bangkok and Phuket, as well. The location was ideal since it was a short walk to the beach and right by the strip of the bars and restaurants. It is surrounded by green, which was nice and saw some... More

We stayed in House #6 in the guest wing (not sure if it was 6A or 6B). We were staying with family who rented the other half of the house. The rooms are lovely and breezy with an overhead fan. We didn't miss the aircon at all. I had been concerned about mosquitos but didn't get a single bite for... More

We travelled in January 2014 with a family of 4, we booked Baan 18A as it was one of the cheapest option for 4 with a kitchen. It turned out to be an amazing choice. Baan 18A as mentioned in the website is located right beneath the cliff away from the noisy beach. Baan 18A was complete peaceful and a... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
Railei Beach Club is a community of privately owned homes which may be rented when the owners are not in residence. Each house shares traditional Thai design elements but has its own characteristics. Our homes are completely open to the surrounding natural elements and all rooms have fans. Each house has a kitchen with either a refrigerator or ice-cooler, open deck space, gardens, and beautiful views. There are two rooms available to rent in the Club House area and 21 houses, ranging from one to four bedrooms, sleeping two to eight people. Some houses have private guest wings, without cooking facilities, which are also available to rent. All of the houses have open-air fan rooms, and only 4 properties have air-con in the bedrooms. There is a strict maximum occupancy of eight people per house, and a requested three night minimum stay. During the Peak Season (December and January) we request a 7-night minimum stay. Year round, we enforce a quiet time after 11pm. We ask our guests to respectfully observe this request by no loud music or voices after this time. Please come enjoy, relax and experience the natural beauty and wildlife here at Railei Beach Club. ... more   less
