Didn't know what to expect from this location, Railei Beach itself did not impress me. But the Railei Beach Club accommodation was great... stylish, relaxing, quiet... everything I like when I'm sitting around chatting to friends and having a good time. We booked a house that slept 5 people, it was no-air conditioned but had plenty of fans and mozzie... More

We spent four days in #19 at RBC and it was fantastic. Stay here if you are looking for a getaway with some luxury, but also enough privacy - RBC does not have the swarming and pampering feel of a resort. A very good thing. The location itself is spectacular - easy enough to get to but far enough away... More

If you're looking for an alternative to your typical hotel/resort, Railei Beach Club (RBC) is it. Set in the plush surroundings of natural wildlife and limestone cliffs, it truly feels as though you're in the middle of a jungle paradise. We rented Hollander House (no. 28) in the back of RBC, which was a traditional Thai-style house on stilts. It... More

Stayed 2 nights here in Wolfgang house....fairly pricey but one can spread the costs between a few people,at least 5 people could stay in this house.Absolutey beautiful spot, below the limestone cliffs and the feeling of being in the jungle, and a few metres from one of the worlds most beautiful beaches....no cars, real island feel with loads to do and a scattering... We were a group of 4, meeting up in Krabi for a wk holiday together. Baan Apsara, #13, was the perfect spot for us. The open air floor plan and ceiling fans let us enjoy the sounds and sights all around us, while keeping cool. The villa felt private and secluded thanks to the abundance of lush trees separating the... More

I enjoyed my trip to the RBC. We stayed in Baan Napaa 18A, which was a lovely secluded hut. The seclusion comes at a price though... MONKEYS! Our first night monkeys basically raided out apartment, knocking over our toiletries in the open air shower and literally drinking out of my friend's water bottle. When we asked staff how to keep... I cannot say enough stuff about this wonderful place. My advise for staying here: Book a massage and have the staff make dinner for you EVERY night/day you stay here. I only had the pleasure of having one massage in my house listening to the surf break... but I should have done this every morning... Also, the meals we had... More

This is a perfect haven. We rented ban Philippe 12, a large tree type house. It had excellent amenities was extremely beautiful and well equipped. This is probably the best place I have ever stayed in. The bathrooms have great rainforest showers which is fitting as they are outside. The house has several lounge areas scattered across 2 floors, so... More

I've got to hand it to RBC for keeping this gem of a place so pristine and peaceful -- virtuallly unchanged in the twelve years since our last visit. Baan Miread has given us an incredible week of relaxation, massages and top-notch traditional Thai cuisine. Yet outside the fence, nothing has been preserved, sadly. We took a walk to the... More

The setting and the accomodation was fine (18a) a bit basic but not a problem, without A/C we did struggle with the heat !!! 40c some days, the big problem is the constant noise of the longtailes from dawn until dusk, the noise echos of the high cliff behind you and the hordes of daytripers that arrive every day around 10am until 4pm...
