The bungalow I was in was very clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night to get some luxury from cheaper hostels and I definitely felt that I got that here. Staff were friendly. No wifi working in my room - I had to go to the reception area for wifi. I paid 1500 bhat for a night... More

Surprised at the number of negative reviews...this is an ideal backpackers get away with decent accommodation and superb location. The pool area is average but the lodges themselves are quaint and ideal for a group of travellers. I loved it.

Very bad hotel. Poor conditions. Staff not prepared. No security at all. I had a lot of problems since I arrived. The localization is out of the way. The beach is dirty. I've been there for 4 days. I couldn't take the breakfast. Absolutely not recommendable. Don't stay there.

Ok, so booking a place a couple of days before New Years Eve was never going to go well…. We paid 2,800bt for a bungalow which was spacious (we were fortunate to have two double beds) however it also smelt of cigarette smoke, the door did not lock and the bathroom was dark and dingy. An American-style breakfast is included,... More

We were a little concerned reading others reviews before heading to Diamond Cave, to the point we were considering cancelling. However our booking was non-refundable so we just had to hope for the best. We were very pleasantly surprised and a little confused about previous reviews. Our bungalow was very spacious, spotlessly clean, the bed was big and comfortable, the... More

Stayed here recently in the bungalows. The location is a bit out of the way, but nothing's really that far in Railay. You should be walking around and exploring anyway, right? The price was great for the bungalows. Rooms are standard but decent. They had a good pool and included a nice buffet breakfast. No major complaints, I'd recommend it!... More

For the price we paid for a family room, this hotel offers good value for money. Good location, quiet at night and rooms were clean. Yes there is a but...... On our first night I spotted a rat running across the room, disappearing into a hole in the base of the wardrobe. We are fairly relaxed as we are travelling... More

When we first arrived at Diamond Cave Resort, the grounds appeared beautiful as did the bungalows. The view from the pool is breathtaking and the land itself has so much potential to be a beautiful resort! We attended our room, and put down our bags. We left right away so we could go get some food at last bar. And... More

In the bungalow there were cocroaches, we told about them many times, but nothing happened. The stay would have been okay, but in the end we bought a transfer to Lanta from their travel agency. ( Diamond Cave travel) What should have been a 3 hour vanride. Ended up to be a scam. We had to change a van two... More
