Definitely not good hotel. Stayed only one night and it wos the worst hotel during my stay in Thailand. Not clean room. Overpriced. No wifi in rooms, etc. Would recommend to go couple meters where you will find better deal than this one.

Friendly staff but the room was bad. When we got inside we thought it looked very nice and clean but as soon as the sun went down.. The cockroaches came out, big and nasty, kept us from getting a good nights sleep. But the staff was very nice and helpful! Could be that we just got a bad room.

It's a nice hotel with a good location and a good structure, common facilities are in good conditions, the staff is quite friendly even though is a little bit slow. Only black spot was the bathroom, not the best I've seen I my life. It's also cheap, then if you are not looking for a real resort but for a... More

Quite, cheap and clean. Only thought to be staying a couple of nights but really enjoyed Railay and the hotel was a great price. It might not be 5* but it's clean cheap and in a great location. Suitable for families or couples.

I have travelled many times in Thailand and this has to be the worst resort we have stayed in. The breakfast got our whole family very sick, 36 hours of throwing up and diarrhea and it's still not over. The breakfast is not fresh as almost no one eats there, so it sits uncovered and un heated for hours. The... More

We had to stay in this hostel as there was no availability of other options in Railay. This property is pricey and does not really offer ANY facilities. The staff is indifferent at least, not willing to provide us with any information, when asked about the supposed wifi in the room the receptionist talked to me in a very nasty... More

After getting food poisoning on the plane from a Thai airways curry I was so grateful to arrive here. Lots of people say that you can not get a long tail boat to get here in the evening. We shared with three other people at around 8pm, no problem. We had a pool view room which was clean and tidy.... More

We arrived in the afternoon and booked into the Diamond Cave around two. We first noticed the sand on the floor as we got to the room but ignored it as we were desperate for the beach. When we arrived back at the room after dinner the first thing we saw were two large cockroaches hanging out on the headboard... More

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. The room had no facilities at all and it was the most expensive room we paid in a month time trip. Really dirty room and bathroom , basin broken completely out from the wall (I was scared it could fall down over me) and leaking

The bungalow I was in was very clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night to get some luxury from cheaper hostels and I definitely felt that I got that here. Staff were friendly. No wifi working in my room - I had to go to the reception area for wifi. I paid 1500 bhat for a night... More
