We arrived at Railay pretty late, after a 2 hour shuttle from the airport where they seemed to stop at every hotel in Krabi and Ao Nang to drop people off, had to carry our luggage through the water to get to/from the longboat, and then were told they only drop off at Railay West, and we would have to... Stayed at the Railay Princess with my friend for 2 nights. The resort was so nice! It's located on the East side, which is about a 5 minute walk from the beaches of the west side. We had a gorgeous room (one of the regular rooms, not a bungalow), with a balcony, HUGE soft bed, big bathroom, good amenities. Breakfast... More

Please do NOT make the mistake not reading the review!!! Let's start with the good thing.. NICE LOCATION. So I have booked this hotel without reading the reviews... good learning point for life. I got an email from the hotel if I wish to book private transportation I can for £30/pp. i figured since I have a hire car I... More

Stayed at one of these bungalows for 4 nights and I enjoyed it plenty. The monkeys crawling on the roofs at day and the amazing environment you're in. Everything worked perfect for the 4 of us and I really recommend this place to all my friends and family who want to relax and enjoy life.

We arrived here on the 2 Jan and after travelling with a young child we were hot and bothered. The hotel sent a bell boy to fetch us at the beach where we had been dropped off by the long tail boats. Our rooms were ready and spacious. The pool on the 2nd floor was stunning. And the pool at... More

Deluxe room was excellent, spacious, clean, comfortable king sized bed and it had all we needed - fridge, tv, coffee/tea making set, complimentary bottled water, toiletries, hair dryer, bath robes. The bathroom was fantastic, with huge shower and a bath. The hotel has two lovely pools, one with great views of the ocean. We only had breakfasts there, not hugely... More

We stayed in many places across Thailand and this was by far the worst hotel. The 'superior' room was an abomination, in disrepair - particularly the bathroom which was more like a prison or boarding school bathroom. The staff are generally unhelpful and the smell in some areas is really bad. If you really want to stay in this hotel... More

This hotel initially looks very impressive and has a lot to offer, but after a three-night stay, we discovered the place needs to make a lot of changes! Hugely disappointing :( We are two friends travelling together and booked our room through Agoda requesting a twin room with two beds. After checking in and paying, we went to our room... More

We stayed in two rooms: - Our first night was in a standard room on the first floor in block 4 overlooking the pool/lake - The rest of our nights were in a deluxe room on the first floor in the new block (block 2) The staff were extra helpful and friendly although we did have some language issues when... The hotel is well located in the East Railay, half way between West Railay and Phranang beach. If you arrive by long boat from Ao nang you will have to walk 5 m to the east with your luggage. The best is not to take too much of it :) . The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The walls between... More
