Sea sand This "resort" leaves much to be desired. The only thing that we liked is they had someone pick us up at the airport and shuttle us to the resort (for $1500 baht). They pick you up in a van, take you to a fairly sketchy area then put you on a golf cart down to the water where... More

This hotel is fantastic and we could not fault it in any way. We only stayed 1 night - wanted to stay another night but they had no rooms. The rooms are bungalows set in, what feels like a jungle. Really clean, staff were friendly and it is peaceful and quite. It did not feel like a big resort and... More

I came to Railay alone, I thought this hotel was great. There are a lot of reviews on here about the staff being unfriendly/ unhelpful I did not find this at all. The man who drove me to my room on a golf cart was lovely, joking with me and very helpful. The people serving were always pleasant. Breakfast is... More

The beach is beautiful. Large room, good breakfast. Good value for money. Not good to have a meet point for tourist tours in front of the hotel pool. We did not like the staff, very impersonal and distant.

We are actually here right now. The staff is friendly however they speak almost no english or any other language then Thai. That can cause problems. Rooms are clean and big, bed could be softer. The pools are very clean. AC works well in the room. Breakfast is various, dinner was also good. When you don't wanna be disturbed by... More

Don't stay here if you can help it. The only thing going for this resort is the location; it's on the west side of Railay Beach which is nicer and cleaner than the east side. We stayed there for four nights in late March 2014. I'd never go back. This was our experience: - Ants in the room - A/C... More

we waded to shore with our backpacks, having been dropped off by longtail boat. At reception we were provided with free, much welcome, cold drinks and were taken to our gorgeous room by golf buggy, still ankle deep in sand! Our room was stunning, possibly the nicest we have stayed in. Everything you could need, including bathrobes, beach bag, beach... More

We visited the place in April 2013. Big advantage - no crowd. West coast is surely more pleasent then East Railay. Fine place to go around - do not go on speed boat trips, try to take small boat - if You lucky, it may be a private tour :) BTW for the best trips look for Elisabeth and Andaman... More

When we arrived on the stunning little beach on Railay, I dropped my rucksack in the sand, and asked a local where the hotel was. To my delight it was two doors down with spectacular views of the beach and cliffs. There is a lovely clean little pool right at the front of the hotel, so guests can choose between... More

Bad customer service, sorry excuse for a pool, use the term pool loosely as it was hotter than a bath, no power for large part of the night , staff falling over themselves not be be useful! Extremely Over priced for what you get, poor skinny stray cats every where, no alcohol, mosquitoes aplenty, food appalling at breakfast covered in... More
