We stayed at sunrise for a quick weekend getaway with a small budget and this hotel fit the bill. Comfortable yet not lavish. Equipped well with room for improvement. We got a nice spacious villa for under RM250 a night which is great! The shower lacks water pressure and the heater was not consistent. Mosquitoes are a common problem and... More

We booked this hotel on Expedia. We stayed two nights but would have changed hotels if we could have. Railay Beach is beautiful. This hotel is not on the nice beach side. The west beach is nicer with a gorgeous sunset. The hotel rooms need an update, especially the showers and toilet. There are a ton of Mosquitos in the... More

Really nice and clean rooms for the price. There was some noise from renovation work but that is to be expected during the low season. It is about 5 minutes or less to walk to the beach on the West side but most of the bars and restaurants are on the same side as the hotel. Maybe a 10 minute... More

Good stay in this resort, which offers excellent accommodation at a very nice price. We came and stayed here as the middle stop in an itinerary that was tailor-made to our fairly exacting requirements by Andaman sky adventures – basically we wanted a mix of relaxation and action, with at least one lively destination, at least one chilled out one,... Surprisingly nice room for the price. Breakfast was average and staff seem to have no emotions or willingness to help guests. Pool opens 7:00 to 22:00 which is good. Very good location for beaches and caves. However you will have to walk on mud with carrying your bags by yourself if arrive on low tide so pick your time well.... More

We spent here about a week. We booked a tropical villa, it was amazing. In room you can find everything you need and the resort is extremely in good order. The receptions are very kind. There is a delicious and cheap restaurant inside but the waitress don't speak English very good and are not so polite and friendly. It is... More

It was the second time in railay, but the first at the Sunrise, i think the hotel was really nice, with good rooms, well cleaned, the swiming pool could be better, but with those beaches who needs pools? The breakfast was enough with a good buffet. The hotel it's a little expensive for a country like thailand but in Railay... More

We arrived at the east-beach just outside the hotel and got our suite with bathtub, the biggest bongalows I believe. At first glance the suite looked very nice, but when we looked a bit more on the equipment we were very surprized that a well rated hotel where we stayed at the most expensive alternative had such low standard. The... More

It is located in the east side, very close to the west beach and Prangang Beach (for me the most beautiful beach in Railay). Breakfast buffet is great, the stuff are nice, the rooms are very modern and comfortable, nice pool. It was expensive for us, but looking the cheap hotels in Railay and the opinion of the people this... More

We booked there last summer and the truth is that the villas are huge and beautifull.... The rest is really not worth it! The villa was full of mosquitos, BRING tons of repellent!! The beautifull gardens get full of big agresive monkeys at dawn. 😱 But the worst things were the food & beverage offer and the room service. Forget... More
