This Polaris World Golf Resort should be ideal, but unless you play Golf, you may as well stay at home. The Resort boasts a Hotel (it closed in 2014), Restaurants (they are all closed) Swimming Pools (closed), so what can a non-golfer do for entertainment ? Visit the Golf Club - get bored listening to golfers tall tales. Visit the... More

we hired a villa on La Torre for 2 weeks to visit family and friends, the villa was very clean and well kept with lovely furniture, beautiful pool and outside area plus rooftop sun terrace. The resort also has communal pools and tennis courts, my daughter had three tennis lessons whilst we were there. I travelled with my partner and... More

We stayed with our daughter and her husband and their two children ages 9 and 6, in a three bedroom, three bathroom villa with private pool right next to the back entrance to this resort. This entrance is by far the best way to access La Torre and to exit if you want to visit any of the beaches or... More

We arrived on the 28th July 2014, weather gorgeous and location fantastic. Good size bedrooms... Until the second evening when me and my friends decided to go for something to eat so we choose the tapas bar just round the corner from our apartment. When we arrived the service was spot on UNTIL our food came out, we had starters... More

I love la torre! Yes you probably need a car to make the most of the surrounding areas but you also have golf, tennis, restaurants, bars and a supermarket on site. It is not a resort full of constant entertainment and kids club but it has a lovely up market feel to it. It doesn't have the Brits abroad boozy... More

We have stayed in La Torre for the past couple of years. It may be a little quiet for most but you are not far from other resorts and within driving distance (taxi) of the beach and restaurants. Our teenage girls love it with the beautiful views of the golf course, private pools etc. We dont stay at the hotel... More

Lovely clean apartments, shop on site, restaurants and bar. Lovely quiet relaxing holiday. Even if you don't play golf which we don't it is still a lovely place to go. Lots of pools to chose from. Need car if you want to go out and about, or to visit beach.

Rented a villa through Owners Direct at a great price. Flew from Bournemouth into San Javier which is only a 15 minute drive to the resort. Detached 2 bed 2 bath villa with private pool was clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook the local produce that abounds in Spain. We had lovely meals on the terrace... More
