My family of 6 stayed there as my hubby organised his 3-day company event there. No experience with individual check-in as we checked in as a whole group of about 30. But didn't seem to be a lot of people lingering around at the counter, so I assume not too bad. Room was spacious, with huge sliding door (instead of... More

I booked hotel to stay a night while riding solo on my bicycle from Kuala Lumpur to Ipoh (220km)to avoid night travelling on a dark highway. My wife drove from KL and reached there before me. The problem she faced was the accessibility to the hotel. Booking.com have given the wrong location on their website and route guide map. Though,... More

Stayed here for my company's retreat. Took the VIP room with my colleague. The room was very clean and quite pleasantly furnished - even with an "art piece" on the wall. Aircon worked well. But it was musty smelling - like no one has used the room for years. There was kettle and tea/coffee. Each floor had an ironing area.... More

This is a hostel rather than a hotel and is mainly used for team building by different organisations. Its location in a palm-oil estate makes it unique with its landscaped gardens. The room is basic and with its old furniture, it does have a retro appeal to it. It’s cool at night and I slept well with the windows open.... More

To be simple and straight forward, forget about going there, why? 1) poorly maintained 2) room smells bad 3) insect and mosquito infested 4) salty and lousy choice of food served at buffet 5) nothing much to do there There are other more worthy holiday destinations, so don't waste your time and money. Cheers!

Top rooms are quieter and cooler. Hotel rooms are spacious with iron board, mini-fridge, hot water tea-pot and HBO tv channel. Nice relaxing place for family with old folks, cooling, quiet and peacefull atmosphere. Even old folks on wheel chair are easy to move about with smooth foot-path road. Only negative point was........ "ANTS" on the bed side...... need quality... More

I was here for a night for my company's team building activity. The place is surrounded by greeneries which is a plus point. However, my nightmare started from the moment I stepped into the room. It was quite old and dirty. When I took a look under the washbasin, I was totally disgusted. It looks as though it was never... More

It would appear that maintenance is a tough mistress to keep. Made a return visit (there have been several) to the Hot Springs with a friend from Oz. I was actually gushing about what a lovely place it was, and was praising the management's efforts in upkeeping the place to relatively competitive (by Malaysian standards) levels. My cynical friend kept... More

I beg to differ from the earlier brickbats... And for further info, I am not an employee of Felda in any way. I went there for the hot springs... and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Clean, well maintained. The facilities could be better, for eg, private hot pools would be a great addition. The villas a rea a tad... More
