From the moment u arrived I was made to feel very welcome. I was taken to my room which was very clean and spacious. Anytime I needed to go to town I was offered a lift despite the fact that this was not part of the nessesary service. Breakfast was served around (I assume) their kitchen table where I was... More

Our stay at the Ballinwillin House was perfect in every way, and we were sad that we could only stay one night. The farm is nestled in the back of a residential neighborhood, and it is within a 20-30 minute walk of several pubs. Dinner is offered on many nights, and the guest house is very clean and comfortable. The... More

My dad and I stayed here in september '13 and it was great! There was a slight mix-up when we first got there because Miriam forgot we had booked but once we drive up to the house it was all straightened out, no problem. We stayed in the separate building, there was plenty of space to park and there was... More

we had a very nice room, free parking, free WiFi, a few minutes from the center of town, the house is very impressive and the family tried to help us with getting info for our trip. very warm and generous family and overall we had a great experience.

First, the website (on Bookings.com) greatly over-sold the real experience. The photos were of the new annex of rooms, not the main house where we stayed. The location is good with access to the M8 tollway. The owners are friendly and even though Miriam runs the B&B, her son and her husband turned out to be the people we enjoyed... More

We were fortunate to stay at Ballinwillin House B & B September 18-2/2013 and could not have asked for a nicer experience with terrific hosts! We were warmly welcomed by the family and loved every moment of our stay in the Mulcahy Room which is located in a separate building with it's own courtyard not far from the main home.... More

The food was wonderful, and made extra special as made themselves from their own livestock. Pat and Miriam were so friendly and welcoming and always on hand to answer any questions or give advice on the local area - even providing us with a lift rather than us having to arrange a taxi (for the wedding we were attending). I... More

We stayed in this B&B for a week and had a truly unique experience; looking around the farm, feeding the deer and wine tasting in Pat and Miriam's cellar. We were all made to feel extremely welcome, nothing seemed too much trouble for the hosts and we appreciated the time they spent with us. Breakfasts were amazing, filling and fresh!... More

We stayed here recently for three nights. We had a lovely room on the top floor of the courtyard which was spacious, very clean and with modern decor. However the best thing about our stay was definitely the hospitality of our hosts Miriam and Pat. They are a very enterprising couple running an organic farm with deer and rare breed... More
