Love the pool very much as it is so huge. My son loves it. I manage to have a massage at the spa and it was awesome. I had lunch and I've ordered spicy cumi with rice and I loved it. Breakfast buffet could use some improvement.

On the hi-season the price going crazy. The rooms on the old building looks like crap. Bathroom is scary and horrible. The only thing that i like about this place is the view from the restaurant. The air in the room kinda lumpy too. I guess i don't wanna go back again.

We didn't choose the Santosa, our agent on Bali booked it as part of a two-day excursion to Lombok. She said that we'd like it, and we expected it to be similar to the Bali Garden Resort, where we were staying in Kuta. We were so wrong. The place was fully booked which upgraded our stay to a secluded villa,... More

This resort suited our needs. We loved having a private pool which we used every day of our eight day stay. The bathroom was huge particularly the shower. Ok there was a couple of days without hot water but so what. The shower was still refreshing. We felt secure in this place with a local guard on the corner of... More

The hotel rooms (I've seen 3, terrace, superior and deluxe) have not been renovated since the hotel was built and it's gotta be about 30 years. The bathrooms were impossible to clean. The towels were covered in stains and close to shredding because of their age. The breakfast was very basic, def. not for a 4 star resort standards. The... More

First off, we came & booked on short notice. The place is very big, consists of smaller buildings spread out beautifully in between palm trees and well decorated landscape. Our stay didn't start quite nicely, the water boiler in the room (we stayed in a deluxe suite) did not work. The flush in the septic tank needed repair and the... More

The customer service up to assistant manager was not nice. My friends try to conduct the check in with this hotel and end up with the confirmation that the booking was cancelled by agent. We try to ask then solution regarding this matters but the assistant manager went out and scolded my friends. He was rude throw the paper on... More

This hotel has long history and name changes, The pool is indeed very impressive by any standard. The grounds are illuminated by hundreds of lights at night and the beach is nearby. The lobby looks inviting but once you start the walk to the rooms the atmosphere transforms into stark mass market feel. Odorous room with ancient tv worn towels... More
