This is unfortunately the first negative review so far in my travels. Compared to other hotels ive stayed at for the same price this hotel was not worth it. To start with, checking in was a disaster. Granted there were a lot of people checking in at the same time, but none of the hotel staff seemed to have a... More

We stayed for a few nights in early October. No double rooms were available and we were gratefully upgraded. The room was nice, shower was pretty good and the food was ok. Not amazing but not bad either. Staff were really friendly but not the greatest in terms of going that little bit further to make the experience particularly memorable.... More

The resort is huge but maintenance is very poor. We got upgraded to the villa but it wasn't anything fantastic. The villa we stayed in was dirty, old and the pool is just as bad. Wifi connection sucks big time. There were so many mosquitoes at night and when we called room service if anything could be done for this,... More

The resort itself was lovely and had friendly staff and good food but our room had very poor ventilation, had a mouldy smell and was full of mosquitos. We booked a superior room but when we arrived we were told we had been "upgraded" to a deluxe room. Upgraded certainly was not the word. The shower drain was blocked and... More

I am sorry to say that I would not stay here again. It started when we pulled up, the man at the bottom of the steps pointed to the side and I thought he was going to help us with our bags but it turned out he was pointing to a slope where we could pull the bags up. Our... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Out room (deluxe cottage) was at the very end of the premises and felt forgotten. The room was bad maintained, the blinds were partly broken, the toilet seat should have been exchanged a few years ago, the overall impression was just bad, dirty and old. There were also mosquitos in the room. This part... More

It's terrible. Got the cheapest room rate for 2 nights before heading to gili. It's awful. wifi was bad. We were right to the corner of the hotel. We felt like outsiders. Rooms are dirty. Old and needs a revamp ASAP. Beds were old and springy. Bath tub was gross. never again. Sorry.

Beautiful premises with well maintained gardens and swimming pool. Very strategic location at the centre of senggigi. Cafes and restaurants are all within a few minutes walk. We had a deluxe twin room which was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was no exception. To get to the room requires quite a walk from the lobby, but no complaints with... More
