To be honest, the Baleku was overall the worst hostel we've ever booked on this trip. Overpriced, dirty towels, wet rooms, bad food. The only positive thing was the transport to Senggigi. We gave them the chance to adjust their rates, but they refused. Imo, just never stay a night unless you want to experience this yourself.

Baleku is a nice homestay with very friendly staff. They make up for being far from town with free transport to and from Senggigi central. Breakfast is good. Booking tours through the staff trends to be cheaper than booking with a touragency in town. Like anywhere on Lombok, there is no hot water.

We enjoyed it very much with eka &their family. They are all very helpful & very friendly. The rooms are basic, the is bad in the free & can be booked award with cold or warm water depending on. Life is very cheap here, because even the Baleku restaurant and their transport specials are very reasonably priced. The homestay accommodation... More

The location is perfect, right on the Jl Raya Senggigi, which you can easily reach by Airport shuttle bus. You just need to say Baleku to the shuttle bus driver and he will drop you right across the home stay. The staffs are friendly and helpful, they are also informative if you are the first timer in Lombok. The cleanliness... More

Decent prices air con room. Free taxi to and from sengiggi beach and centre. Cheap travel prices at the reception area on the board. Family run and incredibly friendly and helpful to our needs, a lovely bunch. Insisted on cooking us breakfast at 4.30 before we went to do Rinjani! Only downside was the construction going on at the front... More

For those who wants to stay here I have a simple advice. We arrived this afternoon from Jakarta to Lombok Praya the new airport. It was far from Mataram actually the previous airport. When you get out from the airport there's a booth there on the left side shuttle bus named Damri it's a bus company. The latest fare is... More

From our drivers in Kuta after we got the night recommended here. The rooms are bright and clean, only the bathroom is large with dark stones on the ground and has air vents in the other rooms. This is a bit strange, but for 125,000 Rupiah the night, also ok. You get here free surfing, a 24-hour restaurant and free... More
