The sign outside The Puncak says "Exclusive Villas" and its website refers to it as a "boutique hotel". I disagree. Its a B&B. Its quite a good B&B, but its a B&B nonetheless and it therefore has some limitations about which you should be clear before staying. If you don't like B&Bs, then don't stay here. We had a fantastic stay at The Puncak- the rooms are very large and accomodating with sophisticated style and comfort. The views are breathtaking- there was only one other couple staying here whilst we were so we had a whole infinity pool to ourselves!
