We stayed at this hotel with Cosmos on their Green Galicia holiday at the beginning of September. The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet and the staff friendly and helpful Breakfasts were perfectly adequate with plenty of choice. Dinners were a small salad or soup starter, followed by a good portion of the main course. Desserts were very good... More

My wife and I stayed here during early September 2014. We were on The Green Gallicia Tour arranged by Cosmos. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and thought the food was very well prepared in contradiction to the comments we read in past reviews. We were very happy with our accommodation and enjoyed a peaceful... More

We stayed here as guests on a Cosmos/Archers tour. The hotel was rustic but the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and the shower was very powerful. The staff were excellent; our balcony door needed fixing and they attended to it straightaway. All of the staff we spoke to couldn't have been nicer. The breakfasts were adequate and the buffet... The cosmos/ archers 'Green Galicia' tour uses this hotel for 5 nights. There were 26 of us on this tour and all were very disappointed with the appalling food at dinner..no main course choice, and these were eg. reconstituted pork, very bony fish (twice) dry chicken and veal. Every night there was a salad, of leaves and tomatoes, and vegetables... More

I am surprised there have been so few comments about this hotel as I thought Archers had been using it, for a year or more, as their base for touring Galicia. For our Archers tour, in early May, 15 of us were driven from Oporto to Villa Covelo Samieira in the Rias Bajas area for five nights. George was our... More

This hotel has comtortable, clean bedrooms. I wouldn't advise paying the extra money for a 'sea view'. These rooms just overlook the estuary, between other buildings & are very noisy, due to the main road. The rooms get very hot, as the so called air conditioner doesn't chill, only blows air. The road noise makes it impossible to keep the... More

Me and my partner stayed here after completing the Camino de Santiago for some much needed R&R, and we were not disappointed. The hotel was clean and tidy, our room was massive, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were the extremely helpful and friendly and all this for 50 euro per room.. ..we could not believe it! Only negative... More

spent a couple of nights at the hotel and found everything almost perfect if not for the fact that it faced the main road rather than being right on the beach. but this is compensated for by a small almost private beach just a few steps across the road. very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast (included in the price,... We drove 900miles through Galicia, stopping wherever we chose. This hotel was exceptional, three star rated, probably about a year old, with it's own pool, a tiny secluded beach right opposite, with a wonderful restaurant beyond that, great breakfast included. clean, friendly, and exceptional value for money, believe me we stayed in some dumps elsewhere and payed over the top.... We can not recommend this Hotel highly enough. The Hotel is very clean and pleasant throughout. The rooms are again very pleasant, book a room with a balcony and enjoy the lovely views of this wonderful coastline. As well as a swimming pool there is a small gym and a sun terrace on the 4th floor which is quite a... More
