My husband and I spent 2 nights at the delightful Haraklia rooms, our room was spotless & so lovely with an onsuite modern bathroom . The rooms are situated just slightly outside of the main part of the town but this isn't a problem. The rooms of which there are 6 are situated in a lovely building with family photos... More

Friendly staff, excellantly equipped and clean rooms. The breakfast is amazing, it is also so large you can eat the leftovers for lunch. Zaros itself is fantastic, warm and welcoming. The ultimate Greek mountain location a true home from home.

On our week trip in southern Crete we wanted to stay for couple of days in the mountain village of Zaros. It is a small traditional village where you can experience the real Greek way of life. If you want to save some money and get the hight quality we recommend Hariklia rent rooms. Their location is on the edge... More

These rooms are just lovely, and so cheap by Crete standards. Zaros is such a beautiful authentically greek town in the centre of Zaros, and it was a great refreshment from the hustle and bustle of tourist towns on the coast. Definitely recommend, and be sure to hike the amazing local gorge!

I spent a wonderful holiday in Hariklia Rooms which is located in wonderful countryside. The rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated. Froso and Manolis take care of the lovely family atmosphere. A perfect place to admire the beautiful Cretan mountains, feel the Greek hospitality and spend the time in beautiful romantic beaches in the south of Crete. A great place... More

A small country house, very clean, decorated with typical family items, a vegetable garden and fruit trees, We enjoyed seating in the courtyard under the arbor of blooming roses and of course, dear Froso, the perfect hostess! Cooks and serves wonderful breakfasts, listening quietly to every request and try to fulfill it on the best way. Rooms are clean, beds... More

Very lovely hotel with well decorated rooms and a small yard. Good for family travel. The staff - dear Froso is so kind and friendly and helpful. We booked one more night by mistake but she didn't charge us the fee....and the price is already lovely enough. Zaros is a small village famous for its mineral water. People are welcoming... More
