Wow what a lovely and relaxing place to stay. My only gripe was the price, I feel $280 for one nights accommodation is on the high side. In saying that, the room was lovely and spacious, well appointed and everything in the room were high quality items from the tea bags to the 5* star linen. An outdoor light to... More

Thanks Kelly I am very glad you enjoyed your stay with us and we have taken on board the improvement advice regarding the light and they are in the process of being installed. It is very common due to the logistics and the industries in the Pilbara that prices are slightly inflated compared to cities although , the quality of... More

In a word - dirty! Fans were covered in dust, floors filthy!! - a small splash of water quickly turned to mud in the bathroom and became very slippery from whatever product they use to 'clean' the floors. The bathroom stank - mixture of septic & mould. Everything is a bit worn & torn. Idiots in another chalet partying until... More

Thank you for your review. Yes the fans in your chalet missed their fortnightly clean, we apologise. As for the bathroom floors being dirty we suggest the red dust came in on your shoes. Our cleaners leave their shoes at the front door. The floors are mopped every day. The bathroom has a sealed window. As for the tiles being... More

We only stayed at the Chalets for one night but really enjoyed this relaxing experience. We hadn't planned to stay in Point Samson but it is such a pretty area and then we saw the Chalets and decided to treat ourselves. We were given a very comfortable deluxe room, and when sitting outside on the comfortable chairs provided, looked out... More

Thank you for your nice review. Yes we understand we are probably the most expensive place in Australia, these are a few of the reasons why - Electrician south $90 per hour, Electrician Point Samson $180 per hour with two hour travel surcharge before they start. Plumber South $80 per hour, Plumber Point Samson $150 per hour. Painter South $70 per... More

Just spent a single night in a deluxe 1 bedroom and was very impressed. The rooms were appointed extremely well, much nicer than I would have expected. As someone else had mentioned there are even robes, an abundance of towels (including real beach towels! We have stayed at 3 other beach side resorts this week - on the sand -... More

Dear Michael, Thank you for your lovely comments regarding your stay with us. We are pleased to hear you thoroughly enjoyed your stay with us. We love the comments about the abundance of towels - especially the beach towel comment, it was interesting to know that we were the only beachside place you hads come accross that provided beach towels.... We stayed in the deluxe 1 bedroom chalet and found that the room didn't match the photos. The photos give the impression of a large, spacious living/dining room, and when we walked in we were met with a smallish, cramped looking living/dining room. I'm thinking the photos we viewed are for the deluxe 2 bedroom chalet. Perhaps a couple of... More

After a month travelling around West Aus encountering different levels of accommodation, we were very happy with our 1 bed apartments. Clean, well appointed and beautiful gardens. In fact very well appointed with bath robes, plenty of towels, the best guest laundry we have seen as well. The very friendly helpful manager made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool... More

We stayed in a one bedroom chalet at the Samson Beach chalets in november 2012 for 3 nights. We needed a place to stay, coming up from Tom Price and before flying from Karratha to Broome. Our chalet was clean, spacious with quality ammenties and a full kitchen. It also had an excellent outside area, which given the temperatures in the 40's, we made good use of. The wireless internet, however, was intermittent at best, which was disappointing. I was not able to use the safe in the unit, and the manager (although pleasant and helpful)... More

We stayed the 1 night as a getaway from Karratha for our wedding anniversary and very happy that we did.
