We stayed here with our dogs whilst competing in the local area. Our host was welcoming and friendly (if a little eccentric). Good local knowledge and recommended several places nearby to eat. Room was spacious and clean with a larger than average en suite and shower. It was warm and welcoming after a day on the moors.

We spent 4 days in the Scottish Borders and stayed here in Huntlywood Granary where we were made very welcome by Lesley. Our room was spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. En suite facilities were excellent. Breakfasts were generous and beautifully cooked while we sat around the kitchen table - very homely. A fine start to the day! Conversations in... More

We visited this b@b for the weekend and was greeted by our host Leslie a very friendly and esentric lady who showed us to our room . Although check in is at six o'clock which may appear late for some people . Room was nice enough with good decor no tv or on suit but a separate bathroom was just... More

The Huntlywood Granary is a lovely B&B in the Scottish Borders. Useful especially for a drive-about the region but also as a stop-over point for trips to Edinburgh and Glasgow. The owner was very friendly and offered some excellent suggestions about places to visit in the surrounding area. We stayed in a lovely warm room, plenty of space. Great breakfast.... More

Tastefully decorated with good size, warm rooms, comfortable bed and plenty of space and a welcoming homely feel to it as you'd expect in a b&b. A common room is also available which has a television and comfortable seating. Very friendly and helpful owners who were a delight to talk to and had some excellent suggestions for places to visit.... More

We stayed in the twin room with ensuite. It was stunning. Only slight issue was attention to detail on cleaning in ensuite. Otherwise we had no complaints. Very knowledgable owner, made use of all her suggestions. Great breakfast.

Recently stayed here and had an utterly bizarre stay. The stay was defined by Lesley who runs the b & b. At breakfast Lesley slated other quests whom we then had to have breakfast with. Lesley was very over bearing and told you her whole life story whilst being extremely pass remarkable. Breakfast was undercooked. She then basically asked these... More

Stayed for 1 night and it was great, lovely and quiet. Lesley was very welcoming showed us the TV lounge and our room, which was very spacious and the bathroom was huge. Lovely family feeling in the kitchen as it was a large table that everyone sat at. The cooked breakfast was excellent, and there were choices of cereal and... More

My Wife and I stayed here for the Kelso Scooter Rally as we didn't fancy the cold camping. The room was lovely and Lesley was brilliant, who couldn't do more for us and cooks a great breakfast, will be coming back next year :-D

I stayed here with my husband and 2 year old son for 1 night. We hadn't planned our stay and turned up within 40 minutes of booking it online. Was greeted by a nice cheery lady (Lesley) who unfortunately had to jump out the bath to answer the door (sorry Lesley haha). We were shown to the communal lounge while... More
