Just returned from a lovely 2 night stay at the Old Orleton in twin room. Spacious, spotless and with carefully thought out finishing touches. Beautifully decorated room with heaps of storage space. Front of building room facing main road, slightly odd layout as bathroom also with front window, had to have blind down in bathroom all the time as toilet... More

We went for lunch with some family members and decided to take it in the garden. The weather was just about good enough to eat out and that was a really good decision. Their garden is painstakingly well looked after and absolutely beautiful. For my meal I had a chicken breast in garlic and marjoram sauce with a salad. Delicious.... More

We had a fantastic stay. We were in Shropshire for a wedding. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to have an early check in with no bother at all. They helped us with taxis. The room was clean, light and comfortable. The bed was absoultey huge! We had a lovely view of the cricket pitch... More

My experience: A warm welcome and a beautiful en-suite room plus full breakfast in this charming boutique hotel for a very reasonable price. A brief one-night stay with no chance to sample the delights of the evening menu, but if the extensive breakfast menu is anything to go by you will not be disappointed. There is even a lovely garden with... We stayed in the apartment, just along from the main building, in a small housing complex, with it's own parking space allocated. The lounge/dining/kitchen area are open plan, the fitted kitchen is enviable and has everything you'd ever need! The bedroom roomy, with a big and very comfortable bed. Even though it's quite near the main road, it's not busy... More

Super meal at the orelton on Father's Day - our son treated us. Food was lovely and this is our third visit to the Inn. Very easy to access as we live near Oswestry - Would recommend this hotel and restaurant.

Top class accommodation, excellent food and service could not fault at all highly recommended. We stayed in the apartment and it was very comfortable every thing in there that you could possibly need, very clean and well presented. Would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area. Would certainly recommend to friends

This is the second time I have eaten here and again we were not disappointed. We received a warm welcome and both Peter and Paul are absolutely fantastic people! The food was very well presented and extremely tasty! I could not fault one thing at all. The building is so well presented, the gardens are beautiful and it's a great... More

We could not fault our overnight weekend break. Our Old Orleton experience started in the stylish bar followed by a meal in the restaurant where the food was superb and beautifully presented. The service provided by the bar and restaurant staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was stunning with a huge four poster bed, and a spa bath in... More
