Travelling in low season is hard in certain places, due to lack of choices for food and shelter. This hotel is in the centre of the island so nowhere is too far away. You will need your own transport e.g. scooter (€21 per day) (remember to bring your driving licence) to get to beaches and other towns but this town has an excellent pizza restaurant, Macondos (try their mojitos - delicious!) so it's not necessary to travel every... Booked directly with the hotel and asked for a rear facing room which was promised. Arrived and got a side room. Didn't complain. However the rooms are very small as are the balconies. Comfortable enough though. The breakfast buffet was quite poor with very limited choice and lousy coffee. Staff were as helpful as they could be and very pleasant... More
