My cousins and I needed some time to catch up, what's better activity than doing an out of town trip. Thankfully our "Cousins Budget" was looking pretty good. We booked for four days and three nights. It was all worth it, we did not have to go from one place to another as there were different sets of activities available... More

Great family weekender for the young and the young at heart. Easy 2.5 hour drive from Alabang to Aplaya. Roads were well-paved all the way with heaps of the green, rural scene. This resort worked well for us because the service was just tops. The reservation staff will bend over backwards to help out with any special requests and the... More

I was able to learn about this resort after googling beaches in the Batangas area and recalling a friend mention Laiya. And so I thought to myself: “Why travel (not to mention spend tons of money) to find a place to relax when we have Laiya.” The resort had a homey feel. Very “Filipino” and had a lot of bamboo... We had our teambuilding activity at Laiya Coco Grove Resort and my family likewise stayed in a cottage. The venue was great for teambuilding activity. The resort is large and the pavillon overlooking the beach/sea very conducive for group activities (games, presentations, etc.). There is also beac volleyball and trampolene. The facilities are 3-stars, at best, but could also be... More

We only did a day trip to the resort therefore I won't say that much regarding the rooms, comfort of stays, etc. The resort is about 3 hours drive from Manila and is one of those aligning the long coastal stretch of Laiya Beach. Do note that it is divided into two areas: the main resort that has the major... More

I travelled with my family (husband, ten month old and babysitter). In general, we had a good time. There is a small pool that we all enjoyed. (Be warned though that during our stay, there was a frog at the edge of the pool). Coconuts abound and we ordered for some. The acclaimed tree top houses were too small to... More

We stayed there just this weekend Mar8-9,2014. We commuted from Makati which was a 4-hour trip via bus, shuttle, jeep and tricycle. Anyway, checkin was at 12nn and we were running late so i texted the resort to tell them we would be arriving late asking if we could have late lunch (since paid meals are included). We arrived at... We feel cheated after staying at Laiya Coco Grove in February, 2014. The facilities and the food were nowhere near what we should have received for the price we paid Agoda in advance. This is what we found at what we were expecting to be a deluxe room based on the price and the description: three beds in a room... More

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway and found this place online and got a good deal. The place was a bit hidden but can be found easily by asking directions. Waze didn't have the exact location (hope us checking in helped) it but it's sorta beside Estrellas. Service was great and the staff were friendly. The place was... More

Yup... Never coming back because of paranormal encounter! We went there almost 3 years ago (2010), just for an overnight. I already forgot what room we had, but it's the farthest to the right side of the resort. We had the room on the 2nd floor. in the middle of the night, around 11, there were banging on out door!...
