This medium-sized hotel has rooms on long and low buildings. The central area has restaurants, pools, playing area and gym. We were a group of 8 and stayed for 4 nights. The staff was friendly and breakfast/dinner service was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, on Lake Peten Itza. Very quiet but totally isolated. Food okay, service excellent. Located in tropical jungle with howler monkeys playing around, beautiful flowers and friendly staff but really, nothing else around.

As my family entered the hotel, my son remarked "this will be my favorite place yet." The lobby is gorgeous and the hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The hotel overlooks Peten Itzal Lake and features a pool and jacuzzi. The pool was great and located in a beautiful setting. The jacuzzi was not in good shape. The water... More

Well, we´ve just been there for a short stay, but the pool and jacuzzi were great. The rooms and hall were very nice and the breakfast was superb. The rooms has a veranda with nice views over the lake. it´s close by to Tukal and perhaps one of the fine hotels in the area

We enjoyed the sunset on the lake, the buffet at the restaurant and the comfort of our room with a view. The pool was welcome after a hot enjoying Tikal. Only one regret: the view... More

Don't be put off by the dirt road to get here, it's a tranquil oasis, and we loved our three nights here and would have loved to stay longer. The Lake Peten Itza setting of this hotel is great - you're in the jungle overlooking a beautiful lake and you can hear the wildlife, particularly the howler monkeys. The staff... More

We stayed here on a Smartour to Tikal National Park. The hotel exceeded our expectations regarding service, location, grounds, and rooms. There was adequate hot water, good food, free Wi-Fi, and the grounds were well kept. We stayed on the lower level and there is a pervasive odor from the decaying vegetation.
