Comfortable rooms, a nice experience... one of the best in Tikal. There's a yatch travel you can't miss, even better if you have kids, or with your wife. A perfect location for your trip to Tikal. Maybe they need to upgrade some installations, but it's just a plus, not a minus.

Very good: gardens down to the lake. Pool and jacuzzi. Staff. Food. Good: very fair fees for the laundry Decent: the rooms. (I would rate them as 3-star). Pillows too soft. Air condition not capable to take care of the heat and humidity when switched on only temporarily. A ventilator at the ceiling might have solved this problem. The bathroom... More

Everything about this hotel is amazing , it's so big and clean. They have a place down below where you can swim in the lake "Peten Itza" , which is very clean. They also have kayaks you can use for free , there is Mayan saunas , pool, spa, game room and ping pong table. Definitely worth staying a couple... More

We spent two nights at this hotel that was probably the best one we stayed in during the tour (though that isn't saying much) - it was a nice looking hotel with different areas to explore including its own docks and a free sunset boat tour. There are a lot of steps - I can't vouch for whether they have... More

My wife, my daughter and I stayed here for three nights as we toured Tikal ruins. The proximity to the ruins was perfect for our early morning tour. The pool was perfect for us and very clean. Our room was very clean and the a/c worked great. A nice surprise was the troop of spider monkeys across the road greeting... More

Handily placed for visits to Tikal, this hotel is quite remote but is set up to a very high standard. The rooms are good with comfortable beds, good a/c and other amenities. The restaurant is excellent with great breakfasts and dinners and the staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. Wifi only in public areas is the only negative. The gardens... More

This medium-sized hotel has rooms on long and low buildings. The central area has restaurants, pools, playing area and gym. We were a group of 8 and stayed for 4 nights. The staff was friendly and breakfast/dinner service was excellent.

Beautiful hotel, on Lake Peten Itza. Very quiet but totally isolated. Food okay, service excellent. Located in tropical jungle with howler monkeys playing around, beautiful flowers and friendly staff but really, nothing else around.
