This family run Hotel offers everything we wanted. Lovely attentive staff with a sense of humour.. Clean and tidy.in a lovely area just outside town. The food was everything you could ask for. My wife and I were there with friends. The management and staff wanted to please. Possibly not too many English visitors so the staff loved to try out... More

We stayed as a group for 5 days, the rooms were spotless, the food very reasonable & the staff excellent, just about everyone at the Hotel spoke good English so no problems there, a number of pleasant walks are nearby especially to the nearby river (about 20 minutes) The Marriotts,Hiltons & Holiday Inns could learn a great deal from this... I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, and it was a pleasurable experience. I was not looking forward to this trip, but the hotel was adequate for our needs. I stayed with 2 colleagues and we visited Agritechnica, a show in Hanover, and this was the nearest reasonable priced hotel we could find for that week. On arrival on the... More

I was travelling solo in Europe, but met up with other family members from Australia in the Petershagen area, and for two nights the three of us stayed at the Waldhotel Morhoff. My room was not large, but then neither was the cost, however it was clean and comfortable. In a town with minimal dining options, the meals in the... More

This is a very attractive hotel with friendly staff, but a tad overpriced. Situated out of town, it was too far to walk anywhere. A forest walk wasn't really on. A very nice large room, very clean, but the TV did not work. The staff could not tune it in. They did offer to move us to another room, but... More

We enjoyed staying at the Waldhotel Morhoff. The accomodations are cozy and inviting. The beds were the most comfortable out of the 5 hotels that we stayed at throughout Germany. Our son loved the third bed in the room (a comfortable pull-out sofa) that was made up just for him. Our room overlooked the Biergarten area and we had a... More
