Although the location of the hotel is good, the service is worse than pathetic. There is no maintenance. Taps are loose in the toilet, glasses are not washed. There is almost no room service. We were a group of 15 people and we wanted room delivery of dinner. They refused even after repeated requests from us although the bill amount... More

The hotel is Excellently located in the sea shore of Mandarmoni .The high tides at times reach the boundary walls of the hotel during noon and night.The hotel has huge set-up but poor maintenance .There is a lack of service staff and hotel is unclean.You have to wait for hours for being serviced after placing your order for food .The... In mandarmani there are many hotels available. But Rose vally and this hotel i found best. We wanted to stay at Rose valley but as there rooms are costly we stayed at Sonar Bangla.
