Rooms are spacious and clean but there is no internet connection available. The beach is nice but the water is not the turquoise you expect from a Caribbean island. The food is very "american" and I would have liked to have found a simple fresh grilled fish on the menu. More

The beach and surrounding grounds were beautiful. To enjoy Antigua, you must rent a car,(on site in lobby), It's all -inclusive, but u have to make your own dinner reservations, which means standing in line everyday to book anything at the tour desk. Most of the time, there was only one person there. The food was good, exept the bacon... More

We went for spring break with our 6 year old son, and it ended up being a second honeymoon or my husband and I. My son never wanted to do a kids club before but this club was different the people that worked there were amazing and had scheduled activities all day so he loved going every day. We had... More

We had a great trip! Our room was excellent - it was large and clean and had a great view from the balcony. We were steps away from the Rainbow Garden and a bar by the pool. We ate mainly at the Docksider because it was buffet style. The food was very good - we had everything from Mexican night,... More

We had an overall wonderful time at St. James Club. The staff was very good. I have a much greater appreciation for afternoon tea which was served every afternoon at 3 pm with scones and sandwiches. A few issues. First, they give you only one room key. We needed two and had to hand the single key back and forth.... More

Travelled March/April 2012 (this being our 5th time staying at the St James Club in Antigua). Every time we return to this lovely resort it just seems to get better and better! Our small party stayed in the Reefdeck Rooms which give you fantastic unspoilt views from your balcony of the Atlantic Ocean - the rooms are both beautifully furnished... More

My wife and I just spent a lazy week chilling out doing nothing. St James club ticked all the boxes for us, no hazizle. We had a beech front room on the 2nd floor, room was sizeable and clean. Food was good, wide variety, need to book your Resturant each morning. Dinner one night in piccolo mondo is worth it,... More

Resort is very nice, Must do all inclusive. and must do the sit down dinners, they are so much better than the buffets. the quality of the beach and water are not that great for antigua. Jolly harbor is much nicer. Stay for the food. Must do piccolo mondo on at least one night. More

We have made several visits to St James over the last few years and retain our view that this quiet, unspoiled corner of Antigua is still our preferred option. Despite going when it is 'peak season' the property is so large that it never feels crowded. The villas are a delight and if your budget stretches to it, this is... More
