This hostel is a good hostel it may not be perfect but what do u expect for the price. People have said there are Mosquitos everywhere I did not have that problem at all. The food is good (especially the spring rolls soo good). The owner is really friendly I don't understand why people say he's not, he's one of... More

This hostel was cheap and cheerful. The rooms aren't great and the showers are pretty poor but they are warm and the beds are comfortable. There's a nice chill out area and the family that run the hostel are lovely. The food is also great! My main issue with it, was that it was largely exposed to the outside and... More

Cheap but wonderfully cheerful. Rooms are basic but clean with the most comfortable bed I've slept in for the past 2 months! (Dorm $2, twin no b.room $4, double incl b.room $5). The pad is run by a young couple who have excellent English and good knowledge of the area and activities. They and their staff (and very cute children!)... More

Nice place with friendly staff when there about (which isn't very often) nice owner who is very helpful in organising our jungle trek which if you do go with coco very good guide. But the only problem was that for the entire time we was there almost a week there was never any chef so we had to go out... More

Looked for a cheap place to stay in Banlung and decided to stay at this place because was more or less close to the city center and cheap. We didn't have contact with any person of the stuff except a little cute girl who was probably 12. She showed us the room and after asking a few time got the... More

We had a double room for 5 dollar a night, witch sounds cheap. But both the staff and the food was terrible. They had only ingredients to max. 30% of what was on the menu. The rooms were very dirty with spiderwebs and cockroaches and the staff appeared very unprofessional. You can easily find a much better place for only... More

I stated at the Backpacker Pad for three days in March, 2014 and paid $4 per night for a double room with bathroom. The room was spartan, but for $4 it was a bargain. The good was inexpensive and very good. The manager's son in law gave me two days of touring on his motor scooter and I had a... More

The rooms are very basic and not too clean but it is the standard you would expect for the price you pay. Very nice owner, well organised trips. We went trekking for two days and a night and had a very experienced, knowledgeable guide. The food is delicious too, some of the best dishes we have had in Cambodia. You... More

Stayed in this hostel for 2 nights to visit the crater lake and three of the waterfalls near Banlung. The hostel is actually one big shed in which several private rooms have been created as well as a dorm room with 4 beds next to each other (no bunks!). The private room was decent. Besides some spider webs in a... More
